I visit every time I go home. There are 4 within my normal travel and I went to 3 of them this past visit. I usually find something at each one. If you’re looking for silver pendants, there are so many to choose from . Crystals or minerals, there is such a vast collection.

This is one of my favorite stores. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always amazing customer service. The jewelry is high quality and stunning. They have great selection of rocks and crystals. Each location has great product that peaks customer interest.

I’m absolutely blown away by the customer service at VS! Fantastic doesn’t even come close to describing the experience. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had the pleasure of being treated so well by a business. Neyla - you are one of the true gems at VS!! You and the entire VS team (on the live shows, behind the scenes - and in the stores, I’m sure) outshine any of your beautiful crystals....and anyone who’s shopped at VS knows how amazing those are! Village Silversmith is my go-to for jewelry and crystals. All the shops are amazing and their staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable. Since quarantine, I’ve been purchasing from their IG Live Sales and Olivia is amazing. She knows everything about rocks and is always going the extra mile for her customers to ensure we can find pieces we absolutely love.

I've been here every time I visit Rockport. This was the very first wire wrap rather silver wrap jewelry I ever saw and I racked it up. Amazing spin rings high quality and personalized. The owner (I haven't been since 07) is so professional, accomadating and knowledgeable. The talent is Obvious. I bought pendants for all my colleagues and close family. The pieces are cherished. Highly recommend

I stopped today 8/19 and had the nicest, most pleasant young lady wait on me - she was so helpful and knew what she was doing! I left feeling elated but forgot to ask her name. Darn! Makes me want to back every week.

This store was so awesome when I stumbled upon it several years ago that it reignited my childhood fascination in rocks and fossils. I poured over this store and its many incredible and beautiful specimen for more than an hour, while learning the histories of many rocks and fossils...and left with many great finds. I was so impressed by the owner's genuine passion and knowledge and the inspiring variety or stones and fossils that I decided to make a neighborhood children's museum of rocks, gems, and fossils back home. To that end I've driven thousands of miles throughout the Southwest gathering specimen and visiting rock shows, visiting top-ranked rock and fossil shops, had rocks shipped from around the world, etc. I don't know if this store is the same as it was 3 or 4 years ago when I visited, but in my mind it still stands out as one of the best shops I've ever discovered in the U.S.

Specific to the Bearskin Neck store, which is lumped in on Google with this location...AVOID THIS TOXIC ENVIRONMENT! The man that either owns or manages this shop is the rudest, most condescending scumbag I have ever encountered in my two decades of coming to Rockport. We noticed, during one of the first times we were browsing here, that he was callous and short with many customers as they walked in (most Rockport shop owners are exceptionally kind and enthusiastic, so that is incredibly out of the ordinary). He was moderately rude to us while we were purchasing a necklace last year (which broke in a day, might I add), but I decided to remain open-minded. 'Maybe he was having a bad day,' I thought. Not so, as I discovered this year, as he said rude things about the group I was with as we browsed. In the past, he has seemed incredibly cold and suspicious to people with children; he was aggressive towards anyone "young", from teens to young ADULTS. I understand that sometimes teens and the like suck, but he does not discriminate between misbehaving people and paying customers if you're under 60. He has been rude to my MOTHER in the past. If I could give 0 stars to this business purely based on their customer service, I would. I was considering buying a fossilized turtle skull from this location, but his rudeness has solidified that I will buy this item elsewhere. The people at the other locations are far kinder. I take solace in the fact that I clearly live a happier life than this miserable, pathetic excuse for a shop owner.

My wife loves sterling silver jewelry and anything to do with the ocean. This is the place for both. Lots of very nice sterling jewelry and unique pieces. Highly recommend you check them out. 2 stores in Rockport.
