I dropped off a necklace for this guy to repair and now he won't return my calls or emails. He just disappeared with my goods. Stay away from this guy, he's not reputable. BEWARE

We had ordered a pair of earrings from Mr. Russell last yeat and he was a little late in delivering them. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a personal handwritten note and two pairs of earrings! Support local businesses - they are truly worth it!

THERE ARE SOME NICE PIECES OF JEWLRY BUT THEY ARE NOT GOOD IN SENDING WHAT IS PAID FOR. SPENT OVER $400 two weeks ago. Was told it would be sent mailed to me the next day. The messages are never pickedd up on the phone making it impossible to contact them. Service is terrible. This is the second time within atwo years this has happened
