“Great location with easy access parking and the beach directly across the street. We had a room off the deck and beautiful spot to hear waves and sea the ocean first thing in the morning or at night. The rooms are clean and have a tv that does streaming and beach chairs for use. The bathroom is a bit small with not much space to store hair products, etc. Room overall small, but served us fine. Great closet and drawer space. Check out is 10:00am which snuck right up on us, but we were offered an additional hour for free. Really enjoyed, was hard to leave and will go back.”

“The inn and staff were wonderful, and the food was delectable! Still, my favorite part of the resort might actually have been the view! We saw the moon AND sun rise, and the view of the ocean even from inside the room made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise. The location is ideal—just a short walk to stunning ocean views, delicious local restaurants, and the charming Bear Skin Neck. Bear Skin Neck is a quaint, historic area filled with eclectic shops and a friendly, artsy vibe. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for exploring Rockport’s coastal charm, The Eagle House is a great choice.”

“The room was nice and clean. The only complaint was the bed was too soft for us. The employees were friendly at the front desk. They do serve a breakfast but it's more like a grab and go. Hard boiled eggs, granola bars, yogurt, toast and fruit.
