The Floating Lotus offers some of the most unique products , jewelry and clothing you will not find anywhere else!!! It is because the owners work so hard at making it unique by traveling the world and seeking out families and artisans that they can do fair trade with to produce and provide the most beautiful and unique items while at the same time providing a good income and safe , sustainable working environment for these individuals and also providing them a better quality of life . The owners Karin& Justin also help local artists and also support and donate money to Women’s skills development projects and orphanages in India, Nepal and Thailand. They have been in business for over 20 years and make such a big difference in so many peoples lives! Entering their shop and interacting with them gives a sense of love, peace,calmness and compassion. Anyone going to Rockport or Gloucester Mass should not miss the opportunity to experience the Floating Lotus ‼️?

Extremely overpriced, double, tripled or quadrupled in price. The items are low quality exports from East Asia, most likely not free trade. The Floating Lotus sews their own labels in. If you have ever been to East Asia and walk into this store and see the prices and watch their gimic it's horrifying. Taking advantage of third world countries buying things in bulk and pretending it's high quality. Disgusting. The way they attempt to sell stuff is predatory. I was horrified. Wealthy entitled whites doing what they do best taking advantage of the common people, pretending to be good people, selling a sham. These stores which take advantage of third world peoples for their gain should be shut down and the owners charged. They think no one REALLY knows what they are doing to exploit children, women and impoverished crafts people. Jerks.

When I need a day to rejuvenate, this is where I go. I appreciate the care that goes into the high vibrational energy in every aspect of the store. The staff and owners are kindred hearts to me. At every challenging turning point in my life, I have carefully selected a piece of jewelry or sacred rock with the owner, to support me through it over the past 20 years. The owners and staff have created an intentional space for you to feel safe and loved.

This place is like nails to a chalkboard. The gentleman and woman running the store this past weekend were unbelievably cringe, nosey and pushy. I was having a private QUIET whispering conversation with my fiancé about items in the store and seeing which one he liked for a set of earrings. The man behind the counter chimes into said conversation by saying, "yeah that piece is so nice" Annoyed--so i put back the earring and proceed to the small display of rings. just staring at them. He again says" we have that moonstone ring over here as well in other colors and in gold and in many sizes--he kept pushing and pushing the item no matter what angle you said that you weren't interested or were looking for something different. Again we move to another part of the store and the woman hollers out for us to go up stairs and how amazing it is up there. 'I reply, we've already been up stairs" This was our cue to leave. I'm sorry -- THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. you're trying wayyyy to hard to be something you're not. Leave the hippy bit for someone else. We're locals and don't need you passive aggressively trying to sell us the same sterling silver junk and chotsky trinkets that have been in your store for ages. If we needed help, we would ask.

Funky clothes that you won't find anywhere else. I loved shopping here and spent too much! Plus they have all the new agey stuff here too - including gongs, and other cool instruments.

Such a great experience just stepping into this place. I Visited for the first time with my husband and fell in love with the energy of this place. Justin and Karin are so welcoming!! I left there with Jewlery and got home and ordered another ring which I got so quickly! Can’t wait to come back!

Everythime I visit this store the owners and all sales associates make me feel like family. They are always sobhelpful and always teach us new things about their instruments, statues and other items. If you are in Rockport MA make it a point o vitit their stores. You will be happy you did!!!!
