Most terrible store ever, they have all expensive printing machines but they can not print 9 page bussiness document, crew is not helpful and no skill! If anybody wanna go there printing change ur route!

Employees are just so nice and always welcome you with a smile. The gentleman at the Pharmacy is always so pleasant and friendly. I definitely prefer going to Walgreens instead of CVS!

No one called my father of not having a emergency medicine that it needed 2 days before surgery. The pharmacy also refused to send rx to a sister pharmacy that had this in stock!! NOT OKAY AND DO BETTER!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service at a pharmacy I have ever experienced. They pharmacists, and the techs as well, are very rude. Dont get fooled by commercials claiming they have helpful pharmacists, they dont! They seem to go out of their way at times to make sure it is as difficult as possible to get a refill done. Trying to call the pharmacy is a literal nightmare. When the tech puts me on hold it starts to ring every 5 minutes or so and they just pick up the phone and stick u back on hold without saying a word. I have sat on hold with them for close to an hour, then thought maybe if they dont think it's me they will answer...so I called from another phone number and what do you know? They answered immediately. This should tell you all you need to know about the lack of professionalism and courtesy these people have. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT! AVOID!

Well, for the last few months that I have been going to walgreens, this one and one other the cashiers have been nothing but very unpleasant. They act like they don't want to be there and show their attitudes towards the customers. I've gotten alot of huffing and puffing from the staff. And last time I ended up going was on 1/6/2023. When I went to check to see if my prescription information went through ok from my doctor. I got there about a half hour after my appointment about 1030ish and I waited in line a few minutes and then the pharmacist looked at me and just said yes. And I asked her if my prescription information came through fine( had a small mix up in the past so making sure) and she didn't even look for it but just said yes and said immediately that it's not ready yet ( in a way where she is thinking why are you here now) so I just said ok hiw long would you say? And she said maybe a couple of hours. ( was 1030 as I stated) so I said that is fine and asked if I'll get a notification when it's ready, and she said yes. And then she looked over at the next customer as if she wants me to leave. So I went on my way and I waited at home and it got to be 4 hours later and still haven't heard anything yet so I called and got an automated message saying that it's being worked on but having issues with insurance. So I droblve back down just to see what I could do and what they needed for my insurance information ( I didn't give them my updated one yet) so I figured maybe that's the case. ( I would have earlier but I felt rushed and that the pharmacist in the morning didn't want to deal with me) I've been nothing but nice to them. Anyways when I went back there was another pharmacist there and she just looked up at me and said " yes" but in a mediocre tone. And I asked her about my prescription and told her my name on it and she said there is " nothing there for me" and I said confused but I was patient and I said that that's strange the pharmacist in the morning said ut was and I told her I called and the automated message said that it's being worked on and about my insurance. And she said frustrated she doesn't see anything and she immediately turned her computer screen at me. And she said she will get the other pharmacist a guy there so he came over and immediately and rudely said there is nothing there for me. So I calmly said ok ill message my doctor to see if he can resend it and while I tried doing that he yelled in a rude tone hold ok I don't think it's here but I'll check and then kept mumbling something at me as if I was a nuisance just by being there and I just didn't respond to that and was quietly trying to message me doctor and then the pharmacist came back with a bunch of papers in the air and yelled at me " SEE NOTHING HERE!!" So I just said ok and quietly went on mybway but he all of a sudden called out to me and said is it under another name? And I said it shouldn't be but the only other name which I don't use with my doctors is my married name and he said it was under that( why didn't they ask me for my address/ phone number/ birth date in place of it is beyond me) would have saved alot if aggravation. So after all that he said that they don't take the insurance. And that was before I told him my current and when I told them my updated one ge said they " don't take it" and to ' go to another pharmacy " and I know for a face they do too take it because I know a fee others who have my exact insurance who gets theirs there) so I just said ok and had it sent to a MUCH BETTER pharmacy where I get treated with respect. So walgreens is out the window for me for ANY of my future needs. I can't trust them one bit

Visited the photo area to drop my UPS package. A heavier girl working at the store instantly went to tell me she could not help print my label for another girl to correct her saying yes they can. Which this is something I have done just a few months back at the same location. In the end I ended up leaving cause the girls kept making comments about it is a pain to print a label!? Im sorry its a pain to help your customers? The girls were rude and had given poor service I ended up walking out.

They care more about the customers then there employees... Store manager is so insensitive... Shouldn't be a manager I'd you can't handle being a parent and do your job that's life .... You don't bring your child to run around the store been a assistant manager for years you would be gone

Place was very unorganized never mind that huge sign on the wall near the pharmacy that advertises restrooms when I asked to use the restroom I was told it is not open to the public I wouldn’t believe that when we were under state emergency for corona but we are not under state of emergency anymore and you definitely would not be advertising that you have a restroom if it is not open to your customers but according to the manager Jessie it’s not I will purposely come in and out to see if other people are allowed do use the bathroom as I feel like I was discriminated on
