The only thing consistent about this location is the utter lack of enthusiasm to troubleshoot anything for the customer. I have never seen so many burnt out clerks counting the seconds to retirement. I started going to the Abington location and the change for good is drastic. Rockland USPS *do better* The whole experience from start to finish is miserably hostile. There is no need.

Well I had my first Christmas with returns! I was completely dreading going through the process of mailing things back. Some of my items were not free to return so now I had to pay $20 for not keeping items! So this I found a little frustrating, but made my way to the post office. I had received 3 items but with 2 different shipments. I wasn’t sure how this worked. Jose was working and immediately walked me through the whole process. I came with only 1 box and he informed me I needed to return in 2 boxes. I figured I would be now buying a box and spending $20 for the return. Nope! Jose said I actually have a box here you can use and I can also offer you some tape that someone had left behind. He demonstrated how to fold the labels on their pouches and did all of this with a super friendly disposition!! I know if he wasn’t working, I would have probably drove home to get a “free” box and tape and returned. Thank you Jose for your help! You do your job with such kindness and it is much appreciated!!

Absolutely rude. I needed a package for a gift and it was at the post office. I have never had an issue going to the post office to get a package I needed. Some woman working the window was beyond rude and told me they can't do it. I've never had an issue before. I told her it was a gift. Finally the guy comes back and tells me he can't find it when the tracking clearly states its there. I will not be having my packages held at the rockland post office ever again.

This old lady with blonde hair was not able to help me do a new label. She was extremely rude. I would not recommend going there. I'm beside myself that someone could not help a customer. I'm contacting H.R.

First to review! But legit, it's not a place to give some love.There's a blue box out front. Respect.Inside, they maintain the six foot separation and mask mandates like respectable human beings and still keep the energy up with amicable personalities at the windows.Parking is a bit of a what? But I, like most, pull up curbside to do our deeds and bounce like respectable patrons to an established public service.Okay, it's a post office, what're you expecting from this? Buy some stamps and GTFO.

walked in to Rockland Post office 12-6- 18 around 2 pm super fast service very friendly service and even smiles and have nice day and thank you i will return again soon and recommend this Post office 100 times better then Hanover MA post office

I found this post office to be the most efficient and error-free branch I've ever done business with. I almost always use this branch if I have a Certified Letter or Overnight mail to send. I am quite pleased with the service & professionalism demonstrated by the employees in this historic building.

Never just deliver the item like they're supposed to. Always leave those notes without actually attempting to deliver the mail. What's the point of being a 'mail delivery' service if you're too lazy to do it?
