Nothing but problems and they DO NOT stand by their products. We received the MESA carseat as a gift. So we did not have a receipt. First the MESA base broke, and after a lot of back and forth the people who gave it to us were able to submit a warranty claim. Then the harness stopped working. I stripped the thing down and spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it. The photo attached was the end result of a very very short exchange with their customer care team. For those unable to open the photo, they basically say "yeah the easy fix isn't the problem so it's too bad but you'll have to dispose of it". It is a real shame that they are so unwilling to fix something so new and expensive. Will advise every expecting family I know to not do business with this company. Way too expensive to not have people standing behind the product, especially with TWO defects within half a year!

Although it is a corporate office, but they also sell selected uppababy gear at a discount price. They have great customer service.

My husband and I love uppa baby products and believe in the quality and design of them! We continuously attempted to contact Lynn Brown and their customer service and received absolutely no help. We physically went to their factory store with cash ready to buy the Vista. We were only in MA for the weekend and went out of our way. There were many people in the lot, all lights on, employees clearly saw us at the door ringing the bell, and awkwardly walked away and ignored us. So unprofessional. We are so disappointed in their store and customer service. We wanted to save some money but because of this, we are now going to pay full price and get the full 2 year warranty from Buybuy baby. I really don't recommend wasting your time at this second hand store, just buy your choice of stroller and car seat in a nice store!

I have been thoroughly disappointed in my Uppababy Cruz pram and advise anyone interested in purchasing it to go for a different brand. I bought mine from New York’s Buy Buy Baby and have received no help from the brand or Buy Buy Baby in response to my complaint and request for an exchange. The chassis was scratched within days of normal use and after just a few months its wheels became so stiff and disjointed that it’s no longer possible to use as it won’t wheel anywhere. I have had to invest in another pram that I can barely afford as the Cruz is no longer useable and definitely not re-sellable. It’s been a real inconvenience and a hassle unfortunately, especially with a new baby. The pram is a substantial price too.

Purchased an accessory for a stroller and it never shipped. I called twice to try and work it out and they told me they couldn’t help me because it was their warehouse. They transferred me, but no one ever answered. They never offered to get to the bottom of the problem. I finally had to have my credit card company reverse the charges! Customer service was pleasant, but ineffective. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I will never recommend this company.

We needed some replacement adapters for our Vista stroller to attach our Mesa car seat. Their customer service team was able to locate the adapter and we were able to pick it up on our way through town. Awesome customer service! Thanks Tiffany.

We purchased the Uppababy Mesa Car seat 2 years ago for our son. We loved it and kept it for use with our second son who was born yesterday. Today I realized we came to hospital without the infant insert that comes with the car seat! ;(. It is for use with babies 4-11 pounds. I called a nearby baby store and they were unable to help. I called Uppababy- and they immediately told me they would mail a replacement insert to the hospital. Exactly an hour later, an employee from Uppababy was in my maternity hospital room with the part we needed to take our son home safely in a few days. Talk about going above and beyond in customer service?!?! These guys are awesome- and the products certain rock as well! Highly recommend!!
