I would like to say this place is a joke! Real professionals …… NOT !!! While deployed and serving the military overseas my wife took my vehicle in to get the vehicle inspection taken care of. My wife was told the wipers needed to be replaced. She did not know how to replace the wipers (which she brought with her) and the shop said they could. When she got the bill the shop charged an extra 20$ to replace the wipers. This is absolutely absurd. And to top it off this occurred on Veterans Day. I salute you for unprofessional service !Service: Vehicle Inspection

Went to get an inspection sticker. Was rejected because I needed either a tie rod or a ball joint. Couldn't tell me exactly which one. Was going to cost between $200-300.. I'm 78 years old. Told me to get it fixed immediately as I might get pulled over and the car would be towed. I brought the car to my mechanic who said that there was nothing wrong. My mechanic called Supreme. They then said it was the tie rod. In order to resolve this problem, my mechanic did replace the tie rod. When I brought the car back thenext day, I was told the machine was down. Finally, I brought it back t and got the sticker. I feel that the owner took advantage of my age and it was a huge scam. I would definitely not recommend this placeService: Vehicle Inspection

Very nice and professional. They got me right in and my car was ready within 3 hours. They even filled my tires with air because my tire pressure light was on. Price was reasonable I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the futureService: Exhaust

Mechanics know what they are doing. A couple of issues where they had me come get the car. Said it was all set, and then called the next day to say oops mistake the work wasn't done. They parked the car in finished lot by mistake. At least they were honest and came to get the car and finished. But when they returned the car they left it in the driveway with the keys on seat didn't knock or let me know. When I went out to check found the electronic key case lock broken and taped without a word about it.

I had a flat tire in front of this business (it was around 7 pm). My two children and I pulled in front of the business to change our tire. We had the lug nuts off, tire off, and were about to put the spare on when the jack fell. My son saw lights on inside the business and went to see if they had another jack (keep in mind that it was freezing cold). He came back out and said they told him they'd charge him 50 dollars, he said he didn't need them to change the tire, he just wanted to borrow a jack. One of the men said they couldn't do that. He said, "I have to ask my mom." He came out and a man in a plow pulled up behind us and kindly offered to help. The two employees from the business came out the door with a hydraulic jack. They saw me and did not say a word about charging. They started arguing about where to put the jack under the car. The kind stranger said he had a jack in his truck, they said no they got it. Please keep in mind, we had already got the lugs and tire off. The employees lifted the car, the kind stranger helped me get the spare on and used his drill to tighten my lug nuts. The employee told me to come into the shoo and fill out a slip., I am thinking, "Why?" I get in there and he proceeds to tell me that he is charging me 50.00 and since all I have on me is a credit card he is going to add another 25.00. You read that right. They charged me 75.00 to lift my car up (they did NOTHING else) and did not tell me they were charging me and told the man that was going to help for free they "had it". Unfortunately, this is why mechanics get a bad name and a reputation for taking advantage of people. The man charging me saw my face and told me he was cheaper than a tow truck and that I should be grateful because they closed at 5. I have AAA and could have had a tow truck come and change my tire for free. I called this morning and his response was, "Did you expect me to work for free?" No. I was not asking you to work, in fact NO ONE asked you to work. And they did not tell me they would charge me because they would have been told to go back inside, their help was not needed. It cost me 75.00 to learn to steer clear of this business.
