I came here to start servicing my used Mini Cooper S and found every employee very professional and respectful. The mechanic gave me a very accurate and transparent report of the car and the whole team was extremely pleasant. Glad I have made these guys my new go-to for services on my Mini.

We purchased a BMW Mini from South Shore Mini and it was a stress free pleasant experience thanks to my sales consultant Mary Smith and everyone else that took the time to make us feel welcome .Mary took her time and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. Everyone in the dealership works as a team and is ready to chip in and help out whenever it’s needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a new or pre owned car.

What a great experience! Able to get an appointment last moment, kept informed the whole time, all of my concerns were addressed. Was able to get a loaner. Not at South Shore MINI and when Ivaylov is drafting your contract up. All paperwork was clear, full transparency, and answered all queation a monthly payment options with please before I made my final decision on my lease. Such an organized office where a lot of paperwork is handled, but in a very simplistic flow. I was in and out very quickly with no delays. A+ORNELLA FETICK, MINI Genius/Delivery - As a female motorist myself, love seeing women in automotive striving! Ornella know everything you need to know about the car..wow! She was so patient and explained everything in a simple way, in a very timely matter. They were great. I came in late because I could not sink my new phone. They took me right in and the technician got right on it. 30 minutes later i was all set. I just got the car and this was my first experience and it was a great one 5 stars!!

Found the sales person to be accommodating and not pushy- made it a pleasant experience. I bought a used vehicle and had the car ready to go 2 days later. Normally car shopping is a dreaded experience!

Very pleasant buying experience with Scott! He was ready to help from start to finish. Ordered my build in March and picked it up in July. I was surprised with such low APR on my loan. Ian Petro was also very helpful and explained what I was signing. I recommend this dealership:)

The best mini service department I’ve ever been to, my advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I loved the whole experience. I also worked with a sales rep to potentially trade in my mini but I’m still not too sure, I loved the fact that they weren’t pushy and give you the space to make a decision that’s convenient for the customer. One thing is for sure, I WILL be purchasing my next mini from them!

For the second time in a row I didn't hear the car was ready until I personally called to ask (apparently a day after the fact). I had been in contact over text with my service rep and they didn't feel the need to inform me when my car was ready. You have to wonder if there would be more of a sense of urgency if they offered loaners like every other mini dealer I've dealt with. The parts department might as well say market price because I've gotten 2-3 different prices on items depending on whether I call or ask in person, nevermind the website that's harder to navigate than other dealer's.I do have to say that the people I interact with are very nice but it seems that once they have your car, it's up to you to pester them for updates.*Edited to add that the service department failed to even check that the hood was fully closed
