The team over at South Shore Mini are the greatest. Kevin, the service manager is extremely helpful and kind. I always leave the dealership with my mini cooper feeling happy and confident that I chose the right dealership.

The setup here ensures that you are comfortable and entertained while waiting. The facility is very clean. There is a great coffee machine offering a variety of coffees and a frig with water and seltzer. My only ask would be a few snacks or a snack machine as my visit was longer than expected and ran into lunchtime.

Even though I forgot to show up for my Friday appt, they set me up for Tuesday. At first I was not on the calendar but Steve took care of me, and I got my tires changed and was able to pick up after work. Good service.
