Amazing! The program is easy to understand and the instructors are top notch! They are right there to help you adjust, correct and perfect your form. They do it in a professional way and cheer you on the whole time. Great community all around !!!

I just recently started going to Be Fit South Shore and wanted to share what an amazing experience I’ve had! First off, going to the gym is totally not my thing and never thought it would be. At Be Fit, I have never felt more comfortable in a gym atmosphere and the coaches are amazing at what they do, specifically Kim & Julie who I’ve worked with the most. I’m so happy I joined and hope people who are like me, will think about checking it out!

After going to the gym 4 times plus a week for over 10 years, my body was basically on a fitness plateau where I couldn’t find energy, motivation and sometimes not even desire to continue working out, until I found Be Fit on a Facebook add and without hesitating I drove there and signed up! The best decision I made, lost 10 pounds on first month, got motivation from the fantastic personal trainers they have not only to exercise but nutrition facts as well! Yes, they gave it to me not only the unlimited Boot camp but also the small group work out( basically a one on one training up to 7 visits allowed per month) that corrected my posture of years of wrong doing exercises. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I’m so thankful for all the support they gave it to me. Highly recommend Be Fit!

The best gym / workout experience. The trainers and staff are phenomenal. They really care about your progress and know what they’re doing. The equipment is great. I highly recommend this gym.

This is way more than just a gym. The team is encouraging and really support you in your specific goals. If you want to get stronger and really push yourself, they will help push. If you are there to stay active and maintain your mobility and strength - they will help you do that too! All while being fun, knowledgable, body positive (i.e. you aren't the # on the scale) and kind. Love this place!!!

I started back to Be Fit in September 2022 and it was the best decision I’ve made in years. I feel so much better after just 3.5 months - my resting heart rate is down 7 bpm, blood sugars have been controlled better, and I am so much stronger. Even walking up the stairs at home feels different with more muscle! The coaches are such a positive light in my day and they hold you accountable. The other campers are there to cheer you on and make the 30 mins in studio everything you can make of it. I highly recommend Be Fit for not only your New Year’s resolution but for a true lifestyle improvement.

I can’t express enough how much I love Be Fit South Shore. I have had a dislike for exercise and a belief system that told me I will never be able to exercise…. The amazing coaching team has shown me I was WRONG.For the first time in my life I actually love exercise and THAT IS A MIRACLE for me. I’ve never felt connected to my body and knowing how to care for this vessel I walk around in everyday. I’m learning how to exercise, techniques, and connecting my mind and body.I feel alive because of Leon and his amazing team. Coming from someone that NEVER exercised…. Give this a try…. It could be life changing for you too!

I love this place! Every trainer is highly trained, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. This applies to the workouts and nutrition. The classes are always challenging and different. If you are new to working out the trainers are right there to guide you, and help you make any modifications you may need. I always look forward to working out at Be Fit South Shore. ??????

I joined Be Fit South Shore in August and I can’t picture my life without out!I used to be a member of a franchise gym, but was seeking a smaller workout setting due to the pandemic. I also knew I needed guidance on how to target my “problem” areas, and found personal training at other private gyms very costly with hours that did not fit my schedule.The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It’s the kind of gym you walk into and everyone knows your name and says hello. They truly care about each and every member and their fitness goals, and consistently have challenges and goal oriented programs to keep members motivated.I currently do a combination of both the boot camp classes and semi-private personal training sessions, and am happy with my results so far. They have both morning and evening classes which is convenient with my work schedule.I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in achieving their fitness goals regardless of experience level.

Amazing place. Be Fit South Shore Boot Camp gets your working and sweating with 30-minute training sessions. The on-line sessions are great for the days I can't make it, in person takes it to a whole other lever. Love that the personal trainers are there to help adjust form so I know I'm getting the most out of every move.

Everyone is amazing…the coaches are always right there to assist you in all aspects of your health and fitness! The atmosphere is very welcoming and ALL exercises can be modified to EVERY individual’s ability, which I absolutely love!!!

The energy the coaches bring makes you want to keep coming back. They explain everything modify if you need it and challenge you when they know you can do more. Everyone from coaches to clients are friendly and encouraging . I left and came back and it was the best decision I have made!
