BMW start being a joke lately because booking an appointment doesn’t mean anything if you go for a alignment on your car you have to wait few hours before be your turn because is first come first serve i found out and i had to leave the dealar without even “im sorry for inconvenience “ what a LAME!!!!!

Had a service appointment early this morning showed up, Looks like their day was already getting busy. My service advisor Matt knew I had to get to work he had me in and out and I made it to work just in time. Now that’s customer service. Thanks Matt!
