I wish I could give -Stars. Where do I begin? I've reloaded my Dunkin Donuts card 40x before the 41st is now considered "fraud" I've used cash app to pay a particular friend back for errands and favors hundreds of times with no problems and out of no where a transaction is declined cauze of , yup ...you've guessed it "fraud" . Well some can say the feature is a good one to have. A bank that has my bank. Sweeeeet. Do they though? This algorithm let's 100's of the same transaction go through before questioning the validity of the next. Well good thing these aren't fraud or I would have been drained before this bank catches on. It continues with purchases for mobil games. Again, 100's of purchases but all of a sudden my debit card is declined cause now you think "fraud" GTFOH Their customer service is non existent in terms of someone being able to fix these issues above. Everytime I have an issue I have to call and at this point, I am over it. I decided to keep my lease and I was FLOORED when they told me this bank was the lender. I have perfect credit and could have been any bank but nooooooooooooo, no no . I get stuck with this one. I opened this bank account 6 yrs ago when I moved to a city new to me. Being a credit union I assumed all good things . This was also done because of the convenience to go down the road to the supermarket they were in. Well , this bank has up and left that supermarket leaving behind a GENERIC ATM that kills you in fees. Like make it make sense Rockland Federal Credit Union. Please. I refinanced my house 2 times before the economy went to hell and not ONE time did I consider this bank. Not once did I even use as a comparison for other banks. My mortgage has been bought and sold 4x since buying this house. IF this bank buys my mortgage at any point , I will be convinced this life is all about paying back karma from my previous because this has to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with and I've only dealt with 1 other to bank with. You'd think I'd close the account but with the stupid car loan, it is easy to pay on the app ( which is a POS that force closes , freezes and never loads correctly but hey ,I think my review has spoken enough)

Do not use this bank if you work full time and have to make a wire transfer. They are not accommodating and really do make you jump through hoops, whilst providing incredibly vague instructions. I am extremely disheartened as I've used this bank for over a decade.

They don't care about their members. They closed a credit card account I had without notice and it dropped my credit rating by 15 points from 785 to 770. I owed no money on it. I've been with them for over 30 years.

This review is for their online loan payment portal only. I have an auto loan with RFCU. They have two different portals, one for online banking and a different site for loan payments. When I sign into my loan payment account there is ZERO information about the loan. The only detail you can view online is how much you owe for the monthly payment and a place online to change the amount and/or your bank. There's zero options to find out the date of the loan, the term of the loan, the interest rate, the current balance. There's absolutely nothing online that provides info about the loan. Do they have any engineers on staff? This is an awful customer interface.

I was automatically assigned to this company when I leased my current vehicle. I was assured by the dealer that we had set up autopayment, and did not receive the supposed "welcome packet" outlining my account number. RFCU's only attempt to contact me was via a number that appears as "potential spam"...no email contact was attempted. Instead -- I received a collections letter today. I still had to call to get my account number, my credit has been damaged, and both members of the collection team that I spoke with were completely unapologetic. This is not a good option for any of your banking needs.

Made my first payment on my car. Made it early. Got a payment reminder a day before it was due. Online account saying no payment recieved. Call center saying no payment recieved. Yet I made it in person at the plymouth branch. Already starting off bad.

This is one of the worst banks you could deal with. Between the harassment from Nancy Connors to their OLD systems and processes in 2023 - they offer little to no benefits banking with them. If you want to be harassed and annoyed each time you deal with a bank, you can join them. They can all kick rocks.

yes i just went to bank cash a check on wed they said they could not cash it i told them i am member i been coming to this bank for over 25 years there system was down so on friday and i will go to down to the bank closed my account this is not good customer service there are other banks out there that know how to treat there customers

This bank is horrible I fell behind on my auto loan when I got sick the loan is for over 30k and I only owe 4k and they refused my partial payment and jumped to take my car. They are horrible people
