LOVE Riverbank Tax, have been using them for several years now and have been very happy with them. Dan Cosgrove, who previously owned the business, I believe is still an advisor of some sort to the “new” owners, who have actually owned it for a couple of years now. Highly recommend!

Dan is great! He works late hours in and out of season, responds to questions/calls/comments you might have and gives good information on savings and optimizing on your taxes. Plus he is just a really good person. I used to hate accountants and CPAs because I previously had bad experiences with them like not giving me tax credits and basically me having to redo my own taxes after having my previous CPA initially do my taxes. I just had enough and just starting doing my own taxes. Fast forward to several years later, someone recommended I go see Dan and I can honestly say that things have been great since I have met him. He is the total opposite of my previous CPA and I plan on being a lifetime customer.

TLDR; Dan will milk you for your money wherever he can. Petty and unprofessional. Prices are on the expensive side, but the after service is what really hurt.

A positively miserable experience. Improperly filed our tax returns resulting in a letter from the IRS and delays. Refuses to return calls and emails. Never in the office. Stay far away!
