We are currently enjoying our 3rd Volvo S60 purchased from Ira Volvo South Shore,
We recently had a brake warning on the info screen.
We called service and Steve scheduled a service visit on the next business day. They diagnosed the trouble and repaired the brakes in very little time.. the cost was exactly as quoted and the whole process was quick and pleasant.
We have leased or owned Volvos for years, and Ira is by far the best dealer and service department we have dealt with..thank you

I worked with Chuck in service on a few issues with my XC70 and he was fantastic, very very responsive, very very knowledgeable and just a really nice person. This is our 5th Volvo and have felt that we always got good service but this experience with Chuck was exceptional, 5 stars!

Best service department on the South Shore. This is my second LR from this group, now in Rockland. My LR2 is about to turn 200,000 miles and I’ve always gone back to Land Rover. I made the appointment when I wanted, Tom kept me updated during the day and the service was completed on time. No surprises, just good service for me and my vehicle.

My husband Jordan and I had a fantastic experience working with Joe Smith at Ira Volvo to buy a new car. My sister and brother-in-law recommended we reach out to Joe and I’m so glad we did! Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He even personally drove up to Maine to get the specific car we were interested in so we could test drive it. Overall, the process was easy, quick, and even fun! We couldn't be happier with our new car!

I was nervous about investing in a new car and, somehow, I was lucky enough to meet Joe Smith, who made the whole process seamless. He offered sound advice, had the patience of a saint, validated me as a teacher, and was just a delightful human. There is no question that, thanks to him, I will forever be an Ira Volvo customer and fan. Thanks to everyone over there for taking such good care of me!

I just bought a pre-owned Volvo via Ira South Shore. There are 2 things I'd like to commend the Ira team for. First, the professional and helpful demeaner of the team. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pedro and Werak. Second, I live out of state so I was worried about how I would get the purchased car back in state legally. The Ira team delivered the car to me (3+ hours away!!) and ensured it was properly registered at the DMV (another 2 hours!) with me. Cannot thank Pedro Mercante Neto enough for the car delivery effort!

Horrible, Salesmen lied, Manger lied, terrible service. Car still had the previous owners registration and plates in when delivered. No inspection sticker or my registration done after I paid for the car. Service depart wanted to charge for warranty work. Run away from this place! The car is SPECTACULAR. Best ever
Dealership is a Nightmare go somewhere else and buy!

The worst dealer ever. They delayed me for more than a month. They changed the date 8 times. They called me that the vehicle was ready and then they said it was not ready. I drove 1 hours to get there.
Never buy a car from this Volvo dealer or Dealer.Im sure You will be regret.
I'll make all my friends give them a bad Rate
