I've used Northeast Appliance Pros in the past had a good experience, recently had a refrigerator problem, called, tech came out quickly diagnosed problem ordered part. As soon as part came in came out, replaced it and got it back working. Totally professional company, highly recommend using their services.

Late on a Friday, with a dishwasher out of warranty, and a repair co. that no longer services my area, I was able to secure a referral to Northeast. I called Vicky, explained my situation and made an appointment. They were busy, but would also be working in my city the following week. She added my name to her list, and the next week, at 8:30AM on Thursday, I received a call from Vicky, saying their technician, Mike could arrive that day. I was thrilled! Everything fixed in one visit!
He proudly mentioned that the company services all household appliances.

Northeast Appliance Pros came and diagnosed my fridge problem, ordered parts and installed them today. All in a timely manner. The technician Mike was very thorough, polite and professional. I can say the same for the office staff Vicki and Lynn. I hope I don't have to but I'll definitely call again.

Always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! Had to have an old washing machine repaired. Vickie quoted the service call upfront, Dustin checked out the machine and confirmed the belts needed to be replaced, Vickie called back with the quote for parts and labor, and Dustin was back to replace the belts. Very quick and very efficient! Highly recommend them!

Great experience dealing with Lynne. She was pleasant and beyond patient. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and her customer service is amazing. I would definitely call Northeast Appliance Pros in the future, if needed, because of their employee Lynn.

Our experience with Northeast Appliance Pros was an excellent one. By just our phone description of the problem with our washing machine, they were able to order the piece we needed. When the part came in, a very nice gentleman came out and replaced the part. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. Special thanks for doing such a great job...from the friendly voices in the office to the finished job. God bless!

Northeast Appliance Pros were super helpful, customer-first in their approach, and were focused more on solving my refrigerator problem then on how much money they would make doing it.Our situation was complex - they had to visit multiple times before being able to actually repaid the fridge, but they charged me for the work done and not the # of visits. This was very surprising, while all other companies focused on the how much they would charge me for each site visit.The installers were great, courteous, helpful, and professional. And each call to their service department was met with friendly coordination and expert guidance.Would not hesitate to use them again (but hoping my appliances last so I don't have to)

Repaired our dryer no problem but my dishwasher took 3 weeks to repair and 3-4 visits, today we found that since the repair (about a month it has been leaking into the basement through the floor behind it causing water damage and mold and then flowing onto the furnace in the basement. I was trying to be patient so didn’t complain about the time it took but now that it has caused a bunch of damage I can say I’m definitely not thrilled with the job. I left a message and tried calling multiple times through the day but got the answering machine.

I had an issue with my washer and dryer so I contacted the warrantee company and they sent me a list of appliance companies in my area that could help. Northeast Appliance Pros were at the top of the list so I called and they were able to come out within a couple of days. They were very professional from the girl on the phone who scheduled my appointment to the technician that came out to the house. I highly recommend them.Services: Dryer repair

After calling other appliance repair companies and finding out they only service what they sell and/or have no available service calls for 2 weeks, I called Northeast Appliance Pros. The receptionist (unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was great) asked questions about the refrigerator issues and said she would try getting a service call that day but the next business day at the latest. She also consulted with repair personnel to determine the most likely issue, found a repairman who would be able to call that day and ensured he had the appropriate repair part. Mike showed up, verified the issue, replaced the defective part, explaining the problem as he worked, then completed the repairs by 4pm. There is not logical, practical way that my refrigerator could have been repaired any more efficiently. My grandchildren, children, wife and I are extremely grateful for contacting Northeast Appliance Pros and could not more strongly recommend their capabilities.

Northeast Appliance repair agent Justin did an awesome job replacing a defective hinge on our new Frigidaire main door. It was a lot of work for one person to remove the door, replace the faulty hinge, then tilt the fridge back against the wall to lubricate the new hinge with the right oil. If anyone needs their appliances to be repaired, I highly recommend Justin as the service man to ask for.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I have a Frigidaire fridge that has an ice-maker that stopped working. It took a while for NE Appliance to get the parts (approx. a year), they came out and did something - not sure what since the ice maker still doesn't work. I've left multiple messages over the last few months with no response. In short, I'll never buy another Frigidaire, and I would certainly question using NE Appliance for any service in light of their insanely slow response. At least call and say you got the message. If they manage to fix my ice maker, I'll gladly change the review. For now though, long delays, lack of responsiveness, and failure to fix the problem should all speak for themselves.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I just wanted thank Vicki for the wonderful customer service and Mike B for his work on fixing my fridge despite having to come back 4 times, and keeping their promise to fix at cost and installing a part on them which they did after discovering another issue than the original one.
