Manager and stuff want you to really enjoy this place. The rodizio is bigger than and the quality is some of the best, maybe best in Boston area small, but great side dish selections. Accommodating staff and great fried fish. Not the fanciest restaurant, but they have quality down solidKid-friendliness: The staff for great with taking care of my kids and helping them with what they wanted.

My first and last time at this restaurant. I was shamefully embarrassed by the attendant "Mary" (manager / owner). I picked up my food at the buffet bar and when I picked up the meat, a very kind and polite gentleman, I don't know his name, served me the meat politely and professionally. When he served me the beef ribs, he cut and removed the bones and placed only the meat on my plate. (I'm paying for the meat and not the giant bones that must weigh about 8oz). Behind me was my brother and then he also ordered the ribs and asked the barbecue chef to remove the bones from his ribs too. The attendant Mary, rudely and embarrassingly, got in front of the grill man and said that we didn't remove the bones, the barbecue man practically put the bones back on my plate.Because of this, when paying the bill. I removed the entire 20% gratuity that the restaurant automatically placed on my bill.To the attendant Mary, I tell her that these were the most expensive rib bones she put in her customer's order.Learn to care and have more respect for your customersTranslation:My first and last time at this restaurant. My experience was terrible. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I informed them that it was my first time, and from first glance they made me welcome. I went to the buffet, got my food and when it was time to get the barbecue I chose the same rib that the person in front had ordered, and asked for the bone to be removed (NOTE: the barbecue chef had removed the bone from the person in front, so I made the request). The attendant, Mary, loudly corrected the grill man in front of me not to remove the bone. I had requested it simply because I had seen the barbecue chef taking it from the person in front. After this happened, I went to the table and ordered my drink, lemon juice, it was quickly made and delivered, but a group of Americans came in and ordered the same drink but a different flavor of juice, and it came super elaborate with lights and decorations. I don't care about these things, but the difference in service with the American group was clear. Soon after these events and the arrival of the bill, it was already charging 20% gratuity, I went to complain that I would only pay 10% and explained the whole situation, which occurred with the attendant Mary, and the person who was serving me at the When paying the bill, he informed me that he would not even accept the 10%.In short, a Brazilian place, which should have been a good experience, the service was terrible, and the bad way of treating fellow countrymen was clear. King Bibs, which is a much more humble place on the other side of the street, which is also Brazilian, gives this restaurant 10,000 to zero in terms of customer service.

The food was amazing. My youngest son( college senior) who travel looking to rate food said it's a 4 star. The restaurant is small but the ambience is big. Love it..!

I’m sorry in advance for the terrible picture…. But I just had to RAVE about the GARLIC STEAK! OH MY YUMMY!!!I have been here many times… but this is my first with the garlic steak and let me tell you…. This will now be my go to!!Love love love this place
