I used to go to Royal hair salon down the street and after years of terrible customer service, I decided to give Michaels a try. What a difference! Not only did they do a great job with my hair, but the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I was very vague about what I wanted done. The man cutting my hair was very patient with me, and gave me some opinions about what he thought I might like. I was very satisfied and I'll be going back soon.
