I went to CVS Rockland to make a purchase and when I went to check out I went to person instead of a machine.When I walked up the woman she made a big sigh as she put down her phone. When she told me want the charge was I gave her my money and she asked if I had two cents and I told her I had no change. So while giving me my change she said well you have change now. The comments were not needed sorry you had to work.

Under Ally's Law passed by Massachusetts legislation if a person has a medical emergency particularly IBD, and there is no public restroom, a person that has a medical stomach issue by law presents a card and IS ALLOWED the non-public restroom. I was told on not one but two occasions, by this particular CVS in Rockland MA and the same employee, that there were not public restrooms and when I told her it was a medical emergency she just shrugged, both times and said, I already told you we do not have any public restrooms. It is Massachusetts State Law to allow someone with IBD to use any restroom and I strongly suggest that this CVS teaches this law to their employees. I will not be using this particular CVS anymore and I strongly caution anyone that has IBD to avoid this particular CVS.

the pharmacy here is EXTREMELY slow, especially if your going through the drive thru. it always takes about 30ish minutes when i go thru here since the line is always so long! i’ve tried going into the pharmacy as well and it still takes forever. i just wish they were alittle quicker since the point of a drive thru is to be quick!

Called 30mins before showing up. Was told it would be ready in 20 to 30mins, but when I showed up it was still NOT ready. Then was told it would be about another 20mins! This happens every time I go to pick up my husbands prescriptions. Compared to the norwell location this rockland location is extremely SLOW!

Customer service in this store is lacking. They would not accommodate someone who physically counted walk into the store. Called to ask for one item to be brought to the pharmacy so it could be picked up with prescriptions. And they flat out refused with rude tones and laziness in the time as well. This is why I would and do my services with CVS.

Worst pharmacist and staff in the area. Had a very unfortunate experience which was CVS's fraudulent error and was treated extremely poorly. Staff never answers the phones.

I see by the other reviews the pharmacy and unprofessional staff are an issue at this CVS. Glad to know it was not just me having a horrible experience. My prescription was delivered to an old address in their system despite having updated my current address in their system and having prescriptions sent to my "new" address for over 5yrs with no issues. I took every step on my end to solve the problem such as putting in an inquiry with the postal service with no luck since the package was delivered. The staff offered no help or resolution about getting my prescription refilled or refunded despite NEVER receiving them. I was told the manager was not in but by their unwillingness to solve the issue and unprofessionalism thats hard to believe. Escalating the issue to corporate. After this issue is resolved I am done with using CVS for anything.

Do not use this pharmacy. Two times in a row I've had issues. One time they told me the prescription that my doctor filled out was not legal in the state of Massachusetts (which has to be a joke) and then more recently they didn't take the call for my prescription, and it was not filled after giving them plenty of time to fill it before picking it up. Choose a different place.

Parking lot set up is terrible. No room to move. Everyone going every which way. I came here for a minute clinic appointment and u was coming in one way and another car another way to my side no parking where I was at and another vehicle behind me and we couldn't go anywhere. Should have ut so there is one way entrance and one way exit only

I was so disappointed with this location and I will be switching all my prescriptions out of this location. I had prescriptions to pick up and a colonoscopy in a few days. I decided to go in and pick everything up at once Well I couldnt find the recomended OTC medice recommended and I waited in line...got my prescriptions, asked about the other medications I needed because I coulnt find them anywhere.I asked the clerk, she gave me my prescriptions and told me the aisle to go down. I quickly found out why I couldnt find them....They were on the bottom on the selving...and I actually had to get down on my hands and knees to reach way in the back to retrieve the items I needed. But I wasnt sure if I had the correct items.I go back and wait in line again. Get to the same clerk, as I approach I said I think I got what I need but I would like confirmation.She says yes you have the right stuff but can you go to the front desk with the other things you have? Why? Why do I need to wait in line three times and I bet the cough medicine I had in my basket was going to require someone else to come.Good=bye to 80 Market Street for me. THE WORST

Showed up at 9:51 a woman had the door locked and standing at the door to let people out and make sure nobody else came in. Needed a few necessities and i work late and could not get them. I also do not drive so wont be able to go in the morning. Very upsetting.
