Customer service in this store is lacking. They would not accommodate someone who physically counted walk into the store. Called to ask for one item to be brought to the pharmacy so it could be picked up with prescriptions. And they flat out refused with rude tones and laziness in the time as well. This is why I would and do my services with CVS.

I see by the other reviews the pharmacy and unprofessional staff are an issue at this CVS. Glad to know it was not just me having a horrible experience. My prescription was delivered to an old address in their system despite having updated my current address in their system and having prescriptions sent to my "new" address for over 5yrs with no issues. I took every step on my end to solve the problem such as putting in an inquiry with the postal service with no luck since the package was delivered. The staff offered no help or resolution about getting my prescription refilled or refunded despite NEVER receiving them. I was told the manager was not in but by their unwillingness to solve the issue and unprofessionalism thats hard to believe. Escalating the issue to corporate. After this issue is resolved I am done with using CVS for anything.

The shelves are never full. Can't find what you need and when you do, the prices are through the roof. They wanted $12 for Pepto. Walmart... $4.69

Do not use this pharmacy. Two times in a row I've had issues. One time they told me the prescription that my doctor filled out was not legal in the state of Massachusetts (which has to be a joke) and then more recently they didn't take the call for my prescription, and it was not filled after giving them plenty of time to fill it before picking it up. Choose a different place.

I was so disappointed with this location and I will be switching all my prescriptions out of this location. I had prescriptions to pick up and a colonoscopy in a few days. I decided to go in and pick everything up at once Well I couldnt find the recomended OTC medice recommended and I waited in line...got my prescriptions, asked about the other medications I needed because I coulnt find them anywhere.I asked the clerk, she gave me my prescriptions and told me the aisle to go down. I quickly found out why I couldnt find them....They were on the bottom on the selving...and I actually had to get down on my hands and knees to reach way in the back to retrieve the items I needed. But I wasnt sure if I had the correct items.I go back and wait in line again. Get to the same clerk, as I approach I said I think I got what I need but I would like confirmation.She says yes you have the right stuff but can you go to the front desk with the other things you have? Why? Why do I need to wait in line three times and I bet the cough medicine I had in my basket was going to require someone else to come.Good=bye to 80 Market Street for me. THE WORST

This time was even worse than the first. They were out of stock on my prescription, so on 6/29 I get a text saying it needed to be special ordered. Two weeks roll by and I haven't heard anything, so I call the pharmacy to ask about it. Lady on the other end says she doesn't know when it will be available again and this b*tch just hangs up.A week later (yesterday) I call again and some guy answers and says while the prescription expired, they would try and fill it and that I'd be notified of there were any issues. About an hour passes and I go to the store and the lady behind the counter tells me they are filling it right now and will expedite it, so I sit at the pharmacy for another fifteen minutes when I hear my name called. I go to the counter, and the lady there stops and shouts back about something on her screen came up in red. I'm then told the prescription expired and I can't have it. Why the hell did you fill it then!?On my way out, comparing this process to pulling teeth, I hear someone basically say "it's the state," no, it's not the state that didn't let you send me a text letting me know it's getting filled, expired, etc. If I didn't say anything, that text about the script needing to be ordered would have just sat there and been the end of that. I've also been going to the CVS in Abington and was told my script ended up there. When I called them, they said it was still in Rockland and that the pharmacy can push a script's time out of they weren't able to fill it.Today, I call this store, one last time about getting this script filled, as there was one on file that said not to fill until 7/31. Seeing as how they let my previous one go to waste, I was hoping they'd fill that one early. The girl who answered said she doesn't see it on file. I'm clearly frustrated about this, so I let out a sigh, and say "okay-" I didn't even get to ask my next question when this f!@*ing b*tch hangs up on me! This place has completely ruined my experience with CVS and going forward I'm going to a different pharmacy. I'm done.

They are horrible. They wouldn't fill my prescription so I could go out of the country to go see my husband's family before he had open heart surgery. They said it was my vacation so it was my problem. This may have been the last time my husband saw his family, if god forbid something happened. They have NO empathy. Luckily he made it through fine but I'll never set foot in that store! I've never complained about anything they've done but this crossed a line! I actually waited a month for my medication because they were out of stock and I just let it go. They have No bedside manner. They're supposed to be in health care but they show NO compassion. Even the store manager wouldn't help me. This store is a disgrace! I should've reported them to the board of pharmacy because they can't refuse to fill a med they have in stock. I'd give them 0 stars if I could!!!
