Went in for an inspection sticker, and was told that they needed to swap my License plate lights out in order to pass.
I was told that the assembly was rotted out when they went to change them and that they couldn't pass me. (the tech/mechanic seemed pretty irritated when I said id swap them out myself and wasn't having them do it. 10$ fix instead of parts+labor making it like a 200$ job) He also seemed very irritated and extremely reserved like they didn't want to talk to me when asking questions about transmission types for buying a new car.
I took a look at the assembly and it seemed a little oxidized so I ordered new lenses for them. Low and behold, they never attempted to swap my lights, because not only did they not have removal marks, it turns out both lens assemblies worked when I put new bulbs in.
I would not recommend using them if you have even 1% of knowledge considering all it took was less than 5 minutes to swap the lights out and they never even did that when it was requested. Beware of shady practices.

Yesterday I had to pull over suddenly for a little roadside emergency and Advanced Auto was closest. I called them blindly and quite a bit stressed about this horrible noise my car started making, not drivable and I rely on my car for a living. Mike was patient and kind and was able to figure out the problem quickly so I had my car back by the end of the day. He was fair and put me at ease with it being a simple solution. Overall a great experience ! They were very busy and he could have easily brushed me off but saved my day instead. I’d def return in the futureService: Auto brake repair

I can't recommend Advance Auto highly enough! The team here is not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also super friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a valued customer.The trust I have in Advance Auto is unmatched—I know my vehicle is in good hands every time I bring it in. In addition to taking care of acute problems, they also always let me know if some more maintenance is needed (tires getting worn etc.), but are never pushy about it and I never feel like I am being "sold" on something I do not need. They are my trusted advisors for everything automotive and that is hard to find!If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop, Advance Auto is the place to go. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Brought my car in for a state inspection after taking it to a highly rated/experienced tinting shop and installing window tints that were within the legal limit.Despite this, I was told my window tints weren't within the legal limit, and was given conflicting information by two different service technicians regarding what my window tints needed to be.Upon asking for clarification, I was reminded several times that there are cameras in the service bay and they can't pass the car with the tints because they'd get in trouble.I made it clear that I was *not* attempting to get around the tinting rules, but simply wanted a clear straight answer of what my 4 window tints are supposed to be, and how a very reputable tinting shop would've put illegal tint levels on my car, considering that's what they do for a living *every day*.After having my time wasted during 2 separate visits, I took my car to a different auto shop that did my inspection in 15 minutes and passed my car without a problem. Given that this other shop, and all other ones licensed to give inspections, have cameras watching, why was it that only Advance Auto Center had so much trouble inspecting my car?I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 solely because I love the dog and cat that hangout in the waiting room!

I've been taking my vehicles to Advanced for years now, and they've never let me down. Their team of advisors are knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to explain things in terms I can understand. From routine maintenance to more complex repairs, Advanced has consistently provided top-notch service at a fair price. It's comforting to know that I have a dependable repair shop to turn to when I need it.

Updating 5 stars to still 5 stars! There's usually a dog here that is friendly and sweet and also.... A CAT!! Saw the cat for the first time recently and and I told all my cat friends. Cat was also friendly ??? but for real, this place is great. Very reasonable and they don't take advantage of me not knowing anything about my car ?

Brought in a used car I planning to buy for an presale inspection. The car ended up being full of problems. The Advanced Auto Care team were so helpful and saved me a huge headache in the future. Highly recommend!!!

My car had items missing when I picked it up and didn't realize it until Monday morning when I looked for my snap on wrench I left in the back seat it was nowhere to be found as well as an apple speed charger that was in the front seat. I don't miss place items like these and know that they were taken by some dishonest person working in the garage. It's a shame because they do good work but it's just not worth having stuff stolen out of my vehicle for me to ever go back. keep an eye on your employees!! hopefully no one else will have to deal with this like I had to. nothing worse than a thief or a liar.

Changed the oil (synthetic) rotated the tires, changed the wiper blades for winter and got an inspection sticker. The price was extremely reasonable. The waiting room was very comfortable.
