The REVERE post office in 300 Broadway is one of the worst locations around. The customer service is incredible,unbelievable one of the worst ever!!!They don't treat you with respect, not even when you make an appointment to get your passports, it is the worst location. I recommend people to go and get your passports in The Peabody location. I guarantee ? your are not going to have a bad experience, Don't go to Revere post office on 300 Broadway especially if you are going to get your passports. That will be the WORST choice.

I actually think it is a requirement to work as slow as humanely and physically possible to work at this location. It’s absolutely FASCINATING. The blonde woman at the front WOW WOW WOW!!! Not a care in the world and truly laziest person I’ve ever seen

Not the worst post office I've been to, but definitely up there. As a Revere resident, I've filled out the forms to have all my packages left at my door (authorized signature). Yet the post office does not seem capable to following this direction and I have to waste time going to post office. There is always a line. I have never spent less than 10 minutes waiting here. Even for a package pickup, which is the least time intensive action, you have to wait in the ridiculous line. Other post offices I've been to have a separate window. Not here. Unless you are enjoy waiting in line and wasting time and have no life, I highly recommend you go somewhere else for any postal services.

I made an appointment to get my passport application handled. By the time the man working was finished with the person in front of me. It was 935. My appointment was for 930, and he then told me that because I wasn’t there 10 minutes early he could not help me. I then said why don’t you make the appointments for the time you actually want people to show up and he then started going on and on about other things that quite frankly have nothing to do with me and my appointment and how I was the only person who didn’t understand how things work and basically tried to make me feel like an idiot. I walked out of there so angry, I never leave reviews, but this man was so ignorant and rude. I really can’t believe what just happened.

Best customer service at this location. Tammy is amazing and very well knowledgeable and always open for questions respectful and beautiful. She goes out of the way for customers. And last but not least i wil give her 10 stars all day long.Mike is very nice respectful and knowledgeable about the products.I love coming to this post office

Waste of time. I tried to get my past port renewed, and they completely shut me out after telling me two hours before that I can come at 3. Don’t go here

Fridays are a walk in for a passport and I came in at 2:46 the man who was working there said he could only do four people, in which not being able to take me in, which was alright but he was very ignorant and rude saying ‘(I) did not care’ when I asked about who was the manager he then started to argue about not caring whether or not the manager heard about this. Not to mention it had clearly said walk in, yet he told me to come 15 minutes early to prep..

The worst post office and customer service in the Boston area. My Mother In Law applied for passport renewal via this Post Office. They did not issue her a tracking number and the passport is lost! She has so many issues with the Passport Agency now. She had to make another appointment to send a new application (after 3 months of phone calls and trying to resolve this issue), and the manager was super rude and did not want to take the application because of some typos on the application. My Mother In Law asked her to wait for one to two minutes to fix a mistake, but the manager did not want to proceed and said to her to schedule a new appointment. So, they did not issue a tracking number (and we paid for priority mail with tracking) and somehow the passport disappeared and the Passport Agency received only a photocopy of the passport. If you guys have to send something important, any kind of documents, or to schedule an appointment for a passport, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that we had a bad experience with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Rude and unprofessional. Basically worst of the worst across the board from staff to manager. It's like they don't care to even try to help people. Will never go to this post office again.I will file official complaint with USPS and hope this entire office will get new people there.
