The website gave hours for passport walk-ins. They sent me to a separate line. I wait 40 minutes just to be told they don’t do walk-ins. They tell me to make an appointment online. The scheduling website doesn’t work. There MUST be a better way to do this.

I handed them the check for the post office fee and they lost it. They change the lock on my post office box and assigned me another post office box. I had to notify my bank, my insurance company, etc. big problem.

Worst post office ever. Almost all employees are rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. There's a line out the door almost every time I come here with only 1 employee at the counter. Do NOT use the PO unless you have time to waste & want to be treated like a bother to them.

I AM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS WITH WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME HERE. Kevin. Kevin, Kevin, Kevin. What a horrible, rotten, disrespectful employee. If you’re a woman, no chance in hell he will treat with any respect or even treat you like you’re a human being. He disrespected me in front of my children. Made me feel CRAZY. But weird, when my 6’3” ex husband walked in, he pretended he tried to “explain” things to me. So calm and pleasant to a man. I hope whatever trauma caused him to be a rotten soul gets healed soon. I don’t think dealing with the public is the best choice for this man…..do better USPS Revere.

Prepare to get yelled at if you go here! Missing mail all the time! They take no accountability! And extremely rude people at the office, except the older gentleman. He was rude at first but then calmed down, Woman with blonde hair is a nightmare. Was filing her nails at the desk, sign said closed, guess she was on lunch while the older guy is doing everything.

Nobody wants to help whether it's a passport or P.O. Box, they will give an excuse why they can't process your request. They lie just to avoid having to do their job. Tammy is rude and incompetent. I don't know how she is trusted with such sensitive material.

The worst service, I went twice to get my passport with an appointment and the blonde woman was very racist, then I went on Friday because it was a walk in and she didn't want to help me either.
