(It took us a month to wrangle our appraiser which would have meant a moth of a rental) Without even looking at our car our insurance company tried to estimate the damage, Rick's worked with our insurance company to correct it to the actual damage price.”

After his examination and testing of the car, I got a call from the owner who told me there was nothing wrong with my car. There was no charge for their inspection or his time. After several days of smooth driving, I realize now that the rough ride I experienced prior to bringing in for service is gone. “Well I brought my GMC Yukon in for a transmission code. The day I dropped it off was extremely busy. I knew up front that diagnosis, parts and labor would take time. I was called with a quote and received my vehicle back a few days later. I noticed at pickup the front and rear sonar system wasn't functioning. Upon further investigation, I discovered damage to the front bumper. When I called and spoke to Andrew, he said he would check their cameras. He apologized and paid for the damage to my vehicle. Thank You for being honest, I will certainly reccomend you as the transmission repair was quoted and done very well. ?”

“I called around to a few places last week to compare prices and confirm if the whistling sound I was experiencing was likely a brake issue. I chose Top Auto because the reviews were incredible, prices fair and John was so helpful over the phone. John and the entire team were fantastic when I arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with options. They were able to replace my two front brake pads and rotors, and even helped me as a courtesy with a strange clunking noise I was experiencing. The engine splash shield was partially hanging down due to missing screws and they kindly replaced them for me. I am beyond relieved to report that my car is running as smoothly as ever - no more strange noises! I will happily return with any further issues and highly recommend them. Thanks again!”
