Used Titanium Construction to build out an additional room in our business. It came out beautifully! Their team did an excellent job. They are efficient, professional, and trustworthy. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I sent an email requesting a quote for a job and 3 days later got an email asking for “ next week availability” for a call to discuss the project, I did comply and a week later got an email again asking for “ my next week availability” for a call to discuss project. A week later got an email that stated “ this got list in my email, can you provide me with you availability for next week to discuss project”.After that i responded that i was reviewing 3 quotes from companies who came, took a look at my project and got back to me within a week. Then again got an email asking if there was anything that he coukd help me with? I mean come on, you did not want to from the beginning.That is why customer Service and professionalism =0. Not sure if the other reviews are verified and true

Summary - We hired Titanium Construction for a large job (room addition plus a complete kitchen remodel) and it went very well. We're extremely happy and would hire Titanium again.Details - The original, barely functional kitchen in our cape opened out onto a decrepit deck. The deck needed to be replaced before it fell down so we brought Ben and Titanium Construction in to see what our options were. After talking with Ben and an architect we decided to tear down the outer wall, build a new living room with deck off the kitchen, and completely redo the kitchen. It was a huge job that was done very well and the results have exceeded expectations.Ben at Titanium was great to work with. Very responsive, taking the inevitable curve-ball in stride, and selecting a great team to complete the work. We needed carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing and Ben ably arranged it all. We need to make special mention of Rafael and Ronaldo, who were the two carpenters who were on site basically every day. That consistency, and their obvious skill, was key to move the project along but what we'll long remember and appreciate is just how nice they were. This was a lengthy project and it was genuinely great to have them at our house throughout.Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. Everyone at Titanium listened to whatever thoughts and concerns we had and addressed them. The project has been a huge positive for us and the house. We would not hesitate to recommend Titanium.

We contacted Titanium Construction to repair our garage foundation and since it sits on a cliff, it makes it harder than usual. Ben was quick in his response and worked with us on the quote. The workers were punctual and professional. The quality of the job was excellent and they cleaned everything up once the job was finished. We would work with them again in future.

I was desperate this nasty week in February to find a reliable roofing company to address my leaking roof. Titanium Construction did the job for me without delay and expertly.I had made many calls. Few companies were available to begin with. One that did come to see the roof told me I had to wait until March for the weather to improve, despite the leak.Titanium Construction checked and found out that the weather would improve that same weekend, just for 1 day. They arrived to inspect the roof the same day we first talked, and climbed my totally iced up flat roof.They showed up 3 days later for the job. Their courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism were exemplary. I felt confident and taken care of. I will happily recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.

I'm a residential real estate agent and Ben & his team have been an invaluable resource to my clients. They can help a client determine what renovations are possible and a ballpark budget with a quick walk thru, allowing the client to make an offer ASAP without panicking over what they might be getting themselves into. The projects they've done have all been on schedule and on budget. They are the opposite of most contractors that no-show meetings, don't provide written bids and don't communicate during a project. Highly recommend.

Titanium construction team has done a great job in remodeling our master bathroom. We are happy with the design support and over all execution of this project.Ben managed the team well and kept us up to date on progress/ delays while ensuring minimum impact to us/ and planned timeline. All the team members were very professional and respectful - I will highly recommend them for quality works and their expertise..

We hired Titanium Construction to do a complete remodel of our Master Bathroom. They did quality work and Ben, who was the project manager on the project, was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Ben always followed through on requests and never missed a promised action. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again. We made several changes from the original plan and their was never an issue with making those changes.

Titanium Construction: Was outstanding from the design to completion of our new deck (three season deck, full screen enclosure). Titanium Construction crew, Punctual, began work immediately, cleanup was done at the end of every day, crew was very professional, & polite. Communications: fantastic, constantly updating us on the project, Ben often offering suggestions to improve on the project, and never waiting to get answers to questions. The day of completion, OMG! the Titanium Construction had EXCEEDED expectations. Neighbors could not believe how beautiful the deck turn out. Highly recommend Titanium Construction. Titanium Construction recently installed a new roof for me on my home in Lynn, MA to repair my old one that was leaking and past its useful life.I dealt with Ben throughout the entire transaction and he was extremely responsive, especially communicating initial timelines. Once the project was started, he and his team were very timely getting the project done. It was completed in the three days that they said it would be.From what I can tell, Titanium Construction did a great job and I have not had any issues a month later even after some major storms. I even had a separate issue with a small part of my siding that Ben noticed and installed some extra flashing to help fortify it without charging anything extra.Once his team was finished, they left my house and yard extremely clean as if they were never there.Thank you!

Our apartment was flooded, resulting in a full floor replacement and full repaint. Ben and his team did the job and got us back in our home in what some may say was an unreasonably quick timeline. As with any project, we had some hiccups with subs along the way and lost a few days to that, resulting in some chaos near the end where the work wasn't finished but our stuff was moved back in. Throughout the project Ben was always responsive and reassuring. It was very stressful unpacking around workers and not having the place cleaned well but the team came back as they needed to to ensure the work was completed.
