It is so frustrating to get someone on the phone. The pharmacy will never answer your call. Horrible service.

I have always loved Target. Yet, even with Amazon growing ..and me growing older I still go on shopping at Target. However, on Saturay about 1 pm, I had an awful experience. I cannot see very very well and I bought 4 blackberries items (buy one and get one free). I went through the self check out. It showed a UFO discount of 1 $ and 1 blackberries for free. So, I called the “assistant” who looked impatient and pissed off , and said “do not you see all is ok?”. The receipt was about $32. I looked again (it took me one minute) and then I called her again. She came , even more pissed off than before, the amount was reduced of the missing blackberries discount and it came down to about $25. I said “thanks” but I did not want to see her (and that Target) anymore. I went on by myself and …for unknown reasons the machine stopped saying something like “attendant on the way”I felt ashamed and scared as she had been very unpatient to me. She came, even more pissed off, and said “this is your lucky day” as she unblocked my payment. I saw another discount had been applied and the total was about $23 now. What I want to say is just : “ we can currently buy everything online, even delivered in one day , but we still come there. If you are not patient with older people….. why should we still come there ? Only to see people “bothered” by us being there ?”. By the way I paid less than $25 while initially my amount to pay was $32…… this is not good …..dear Target managers ! Right ?

Tons of stuff is locked away with barely any employees to open the locks. And if you say it’s a theft problem, the store next door has most of the same stuff out on the shelves like a normal store.

Locking up the store, to keep people out of going in this dump. Would be a better idea. Never doing business with target again.

Every person who steps foot in this store is treated as a criminal. Half of the items in the store are under lock & key, and getting help is spotty at best. What is especially terrible is all baby formula is locked up, with the THREE call buttons for the aisle removed. I tried a call button on an adjacent aisle, but after 5 minutes I had to go searching for help.Don't worry though, they had all the call buttons for deodorant, shampoo, and laundry detergent installed and functioning. It shows you the priorities of this company and this specific location that they prioritize Degree Antiperspirant over food for our youngest and most vulnerable members of society.

They lock up the socks and underwear. I'm not interested in waiting for an employee to help me get some boxers. Target is a huge corporation. They already save money by doing self check out. If they're that worried about theft, hire a few more employees, don't inconvenience your customers.

It's a Walmart with higher prices, cleaner stores, and less selection. Plus, less inventory from China.

Who ever came up with the idea to lock up items in order to prevent theft wasn’t to bright!!! It’s almost embarrassing! What is the difference if the customer takes the item off the shelf or the employee hands it to them? Customer is still walking with the item unescorted through out the store. What you should have done is got better security at the exits & maybe take away self checkout. This bright idea has made it impossible to shop at Target! Bye bye Target!

When you have everyday simple things like deodorant and toothpaste locked away you should really have someone who's available to get those things for customers at all times during store hours. Customer should not be kept waiting for 15 minutes to get a tube of toothpaste or some laundry detergent. I'd rather go next door to Stop & Shop or I'm not going to be treated like a criminal because I want to get an everyday item.

Was having trouble finding Nov 11 @ 10:45a an item and was helped by and associate (Robert) who went out of his way to help. Although we could not find exactly what I was looking for I appreciated the effort and good attitude.
