Terrible service, the person who serves at Revere always wants to leave early and does not provide service even 2 hours before closing, if you do not go by 3 pm at the latest they do not allow you to wash, they should then modify the information on the hours in which they actually provide the service.

I was taking a small rug that doesn’t fit in my washer to be washed at this laundromat . They were charging me $14 initially and all of a sudden the lady there started charging me $20. I didn’t complain. Just paid it. This last time the lady that works there looks at me , makes a face and tells me: you dont want to do it yourself? Like I was there for pleasure! If I could wash it at home, I would! Her face couldnt even hide the fact that she didnt want to wash it. I mean, like she was doing it for free! Totally miserable and rude. She shouldnt be dealing with customers. I wonder if she is the owner or a worker. For someone to be so miserable at her place of work, it makes you wonder.

If I could give negative 0 stars I woulddo not come here no matter the circumstances, go somewhere else for your own sake. Lady is insane and thinks she can touch your laundry when she wants because she’s tired, the sign says last wash at 7:30 and she removes laundry at 4:30 unannounced on the dirty counters for everyone else to touch, what’s the point of a wash then?
