They schedule too many pets at the same time. Even if you arrive early for your appointment, be ready to be seen 30 minutes to an hour after your scheduled time. The staff is nice, but they are so busy that they barely have time to interact with you. I always plan to be there for more than 2 hours, even if I'm going for something simple.

I brought my 2 cats for their physicals and shots. For a 100.00 for exam one cat got weighed . No checking eyes ears heart . One can’t they couldn’t get blood and they tried to charge us.The kid that held cats was very very aggressive toward our one cat that’s gentle. Held him down in a wrestling move. The other cat he was chocking her so she retaliated . Not the same bet I started with

Love Dr. O and staff!! Dr. is verrrrry smart and knows her stuff!! Plus,fees are reasonable!! Thx Dr O for always helping my pets in need and especially when there is an emergency!!!!

We recently visited Revere pet clinic and they did treat our pet with good care but they were very misleading about the price, They had also tried to get us to buy more treatment for our pet after telling them we were only there for a vaccine. We had gone in simply for a booster vaccine for our cat and they charged us an extra $100 for “the visit itself.” I tried to dispute it but they said they had signs everywhere that talked about budget but NONE of the signs said that the visit alone was $100. Definitely not coming back.

We took our dog Teddy to the Revere Pet Clinic today for a first visit, and they were WONDERFUL with him...patient, loving, and careful. Teddy is a rescue, an 8 year old mix breed (not really sure what breeds, but vet says he looks like a Shih-Poo). 17 pound teddy bear we got from the Meridan, CT pound June 2018. They figured he was 2 years old at that time. Today, he had labs drawn, received three vaccines, and was examined. We secured preventative meds (flea and tick, heartworm, and dental rinse). He is a nervous/anxiety dog in unfamiliar settings, but wagged his tail even despite that nervousness. We put a muzzle on him which actually seemed to comfort him, and of course prevents injury to staff if he tries to bite. The staff here clearly is genuine and loves animals. Seemed Teddy could sense he was in a safe place. Many thanks!! The full staff was incredible!

Had an appointment at 3:00 pm and entered other 4 clients that had appointments at 3:30 and later after waiting put me in a room to proceeded to wait another 20 minutes!! After asking to be helped they offered to reschedule for another day!!! No respect for people or our pets.

Their incompetence is matched only by their unkindness. This vet does nothing but leap to the worst-case diagnosis in order to sell as many unnecessary medicines as possible. The doctor even wanted to put my dog on heavy antibiotics for the rest of her life for an infection she did not have. I checked with another vet at MSPCA and they were horrified by the idea. Do not take your animals here unless you want to be insulted and get no help.

Only brought my cat here because it was an emergency situation.. the wait times here are insane! I was desperately needing my cat to be seen for an infected bite which ultimately needed surgery. Even with an appointment you won’t be taken on time, you will wait at least 30-45min from when you check in at the desk before you’re seen. It’s sad, the veterinarian is super sweet but the rest of the staff doesn’t communicate well and has poor customer service skills. The technicians that have seen my cat on the few visits I was there for were not friendly whatsoever with my cat, which in turn made his aggressive by nature. Front desk is nice but overall this place needs more attentive staff. I came in after 2 weeks for a “quick” follow up appointment and not only did I constantly need to tell the technician who I was and why I was there when the front desk should’ve communicated that, but they didn’t give me any instructions on how much longer my cat should wear a cone or be on his medications for. There was no actual follow up aside from cutting out his staples. Even though I had mentioned he was starting to get diarrhea which he never had experienced before. It’s like they got they’re moneys worth and didn’t care afterward. I immediately stopped the medication after and thankfully my cat has recovered. I will not be bringing him back here. I would highly suggest you don’t either!!!

Worst clinic ever. Front desk people were very unprofessional. Veterinarian doesn’t properly check pet and only takes a look. My cat during spay operation was in heat and Vet claimed she could’ve died so they charged me an extra $50 on top of $500 and told if I don’t pay can’t get my cat. Second time I went to get x-rays done on my cat they give me the x-ray back TWO DAYS LATER stating she’ll die anytime soon and had to pay $750 dollars for shots and medicine that wasn’t needed. Don’t visit please not worth it!

If you want to waste time and money go to this place
Even going 1 hour after your appointment time you will have to wait
They have a lot young kids with no experience that they don't even know how to shoot your pet
Try to get a better place fir you pet

I can't seem to talk to anyone there since every time I call, they say "please hold" and leave me on hold.
Update: After being on hold for more than 20 minutes, they just dropped my call. Yikes.

I would recommend this place to be condemned, the people are so ignorant who worked there and I've never seen a place so dirty in my entire life, I give this -10 stars if I could PS I'm pissed that I have to give one star

I went to this clinic for the first time. The place is very disorganized, the place is not clean, the staff is so rude, many kids came to my room and no one introduced themselves, I was not explained about anything they did, at the end they gave me so many medication for my dog, and of course, the bill was $ 1.100 and I was told to come back on Monday for more x-ray and more
Money, this is ridiculous expensive and the experience is not the best, no customer service at all, please look for other place before coming in here, thanks
