Thief’s, employees steal clothes, don’t let themWash your clothes, all my wife’s items were stolen. Also we watched people arguing over stolen items out the dryer. Horrible establishment.

I don't go to this place, but I do recommend it because it has a very large parking lot and you don't suffer from parking

Went on a snowy Saturday night, and walked into one of the cleanest, most organized, and well-stocked laundromats I've ever seen. Floors, machines, shelves, folding surfaces were clean and actively being cleaned in the short time I was there. Dozens of machines with free drying credits for washers (I used a 9-load washer and got 25 minutes free drying, and that's all my clothes needed). Clothes smelled really fresh afterward. The staff is so helpful, they made me lament my wasted years learning Spanish in high school, and the best I could muster was a heartfelt "gracias" when leaving. I did a week's worth of laundry in less than an hour at the best laundromat in the Boston area.

One of the staff members is rude and in a bad mood all the time, he seems disgusted with my presence. Good and clean machines, a lot of parking and they accept cash or card.

The woman could not have been more rude and unhelpful. She saw me struggle to carry in 40 pounds of laundry. I asked how much to drop off laundry. She watched me put them in a cart to then tell me to bag it all back up because she can’t weigh like that. Everything was a one word answer. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and brush off some interaction but she clearly did not want to help me or for me to be there so I took laundry elsewhere.

It's clean washer don't wash the clothes as they should be washed dryers don't leave the clothes nice and warm to many time to dry

the place is very clean, staff is great.. EVERY MACHINE WORKS FINE. The only problem I gleaned, was that they do NOT have enough carts to hold your laundry. But that's no deal breaker here. Their express/dry option literally dried all my laundry in 12 minutes. Free dryers and latest model washers and dryers maker this place the best laundromat I've been in this area in the last 20 years.

In comparison to the laundry mats around, Neptune has a high standard for cleanliness - I’ll give them that.Employees are always cleaning up the area and the machines.I used to love the wash/dry/fold service, until my families clothes stopped coming back home clean. I was dropping off 70lbs of laundry every 2 weeks. Over $200/month.I can no longer continue w/ Neptune as the mildew smell from being left in the laundry too long along is gross and the stains don’t come out but when I re-wash the clothes, they do.

Neptune Laundromat is a relatively new find for me, but I have been nothing but pleased with their service thus far. The staff is helpful, well-informed, and readily available to answer questions. The building and its equipment are in excellent condition. I now do all of my washing at Neptune Laundromat.
