I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Revere branch. The location and service were both subpar, and I would strongly advise against visiting here. It was a complete waste of my time, and the staff did not provide any clear explanations. I was informed that I would have to wait two weeks to open my additional business account, which was highly inconvenient.

From the time I entered the bank they couldn't have been nicer. Anderson helped me with a personal matter and it couldn't have been easier. He was very professional and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Thx Anderson Karen

3 ATM so none of them work with the contactless reader. Ridiculous. This place is ALWAYS insane and youre lucky if youre not stuck there all day l.

Giving them a star because its the minimum we can give.... I have to use this location as its the one my job uses and is closest to. Let me say that if you are looking for a reasonable wait time DONT COME HERE. There is always a very long line, and always 2 tellers max, with 2 other guys who just stand there and dont help the tellers.

This location is very convenient as the lines are extremely short The tellers are very friendly and attentive The Manager seems to keep everything under control at this branch Parking is a breeze as it's located in Northgate shopping center so unlimited parking I've only cash checks at this location it seems to go very smoothly and quickly I have not opened any accounts at this location so I cannot speculate on that type of service The main lobby of the bank seems to be kept well and clean However the front hallway that houses the ATM machines is usually extremely dirty as is the sidewalk out front I would give this branch a solid 3 Stars
