“Marvin started helping me and went through the process, we had to wait a whole hour to turn off find my iPhone, he was great! & then jenasis took over, went over everything for me, sat there for almost two hours while we transferred all my data (even when we had to start all over and they were already closed). Not once did they seem annoyed or agitated and she was super friendly, good convo and help. (She even filled my water bottle for me!) I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for future needs”

“Signed up with T Mobile yesterday and was helped by Alexis. He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”

“Placed a Drive up order and it went very smoothly. An employee came out with the items I ordered very quickly after alerting on the app that I had arrived. Have done this multiple times and one thing that is always consistent is the employee always puts the items in the wrong location in my car. Not sure why the target app asks to specify where the order should go when it's really never referenced. Regardless of that fact, I'll continue to use this service especially for heavier items as it saves me a lot of time and I think it saves me money because I don't go into the store and buy additional things I see throughout the store.”
