I go out of my way to not have to deal with the terrible customer service and that's even single time I go in. Which I learned my lesson. Someone please fix it.

If you have a choice. Go somewhere else. This is a hit or miss. No connection between what you here on the phone and the store. Did file a complaint against the store with T-Mobile

I would give no start if it was an option. first off the customer service here sucks hence why I would never go here. a spanish woman who would not tell me her name who sat at the front desk with the ugliest grin on her face was rude and disrespectful. I asked for her name said no lady I am not giving u my name. I then asked for a mgr who was in the back and lied said it was not him that they would be in on Sunday all because my mom has covid is very sick and could was not given her receipt from a phone she bought in the store 3 days before. My mom called and spoke with Janet letting her know I would pick her receipt up ( that already should of been give to her) my guess is the money never hit the register. Anyways this is the worst establishment I have ever been into. I work with patient care all day if I ever spoke to a patient/customer like she did I would be fired on the spot.

I am so disappointed in how my time was wasted by this Sales Rep. She asked me to wait fifteen minutes but decided to socialize with the two customers and she took twenty minutes.When she finally got to me she tried to tell me how the 'SE is out of stock" while they still had the signs up. She tried to over-charge me with $500 for the Iphone 11. She made me feel less than human because of the color of my skin, jokes on her. I'm Afro-Latina. Let's hope that the two kids that she has, doesn't experience the same racism that I went through. CANCELLING MY PLAN NOW

I went to the store around 12 pm April 1st 2022. Hoping that my problem would be resolved.But I was surprised that the person handling my issue didn't any help me in any way. He instead asked me to call customer service. Which I found extremely unprofessional. I asked for a manager to help me out but the manager asked the person who was handling my issue to recheck. Then finally they found, that in the memo noticed all of the details regarding my conversation with customer service. My advice to all customers that go there, to never return back to that t-Mobil because I had worst experience with that specific location. I am writing this review, still as my problem has not been resolved.

Don't stand by their products. My son had ordered all appliances for his new home. The stove did not work properly. It was replaced not once but twice. Now the device company recommends it be replaced again. So what does beach seals do they get another company to come out and tell him it is fixable. Problem is the part is on back order. This is been going on for over a year. And beach sales refuses to do anything about it. I would never buy anything from them ever.

This is the worst place to do anything. I went to change my son’s phone over to another phone and she charged me the change fee there but never put it on my account. Even when we were there the lady was being so rude. I’m calling corporate on this place because either they need new people or they need to shut this place some from all the other reviews this place should had been shut down. I won’t stop until something is done this is the worst place ever don’t come here don’t waste your time because you would leave unhappy.

the lady is very rude i stop by today she was talking with her phone and seem she got upset because i might interrupted her call so i asked about some phones and she answered me with attitud rude i will never buy anything in that place

Do not ever buy anything from this place you're unsure of, I spent over 400 dollars there for a phone and a bluetooth but when I realised the bluetooth was weak in sound quality and wanted to return it with my receipt in hand they denied me and said "only if its defective we can take it back" . I will take my business elsewhere for now on.

This store is completely incompetent I went In to add another phone line and phone to my account and they refused to add a line unless I had my other phone in the store which I had opened fir my daughter . I couldn't get the phone in store and. Needed another phone so I went to a diff store who was able to help me . A second time I went there bs I wanted to pay off an amount on a device and separate it from my regular monthly bill and they told me that it was not possible Called up T-Mobile over the phone in the store from my cell phone and they did it for me . This store had no idea what it's doing .
