We purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra from Anthony at Master Auto a few weeks back. Throughout our entire experience with Master Auto, Anthony and his team were nothing but accommodating and professional, and went above and beyond for us when the truck needed a bit of extra work to pass for a ME inspection sticker. Anthony is very much a man of his word, and runs a tight, trustworthy, and efficient shop. Thanks again Anthony and everyone else who worked with us!
EDIT: Before I purchased my truck, Anthony installed a new water pump, timing belt, high pressure steering line, valve cover gaskets, and an oil pan gasket. Its been 2 1/2 to 3 months since my truck was purchased and Im happy to report that its running great! Anthony and Master Auto do great work, and anyone should feel good about buying their next used car there.

I had an excellent experience at Master Auto; after I totaled my car I wanted nothing but the same one I had. The staff there is very genuine and pleasant. It made the process a lot smoother and enjoyable. The car has no issues and is absolutely perfect!

I had a fantastic experience with Master Auto in Revere, Massachusetts. After my car broke down near the McDonald's in Everett, I had a terrible night dealing with AAA. They eventually recommended Master Auto as one of their certified pre-approved locations.
Finding a trustworthy mechanic is always a challenge, but I was thoroughly impressed with Master Auto. The very next day, I received a call updating me on the status of my car. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and felt confident in their care. I had the pleasure of working with two amazing ladies, Candace and Marie, who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and regular updates. They are truly an asset to the team and deserve recognition for their hard work.
I also spoke with Anthony several times and appreciated his assistance. Bravo to Master Auto for their outstanding service! I will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Anthony and his team, office and mechanics were great. Haven’t bought a vehicle in 20 years and they walked me through every step. Also took care of a couple of the needed fixes to close the sale. Stands by his vehicles, highly recommend going to Master Auto Sales for a used car or truck.

Got stuck in revere after the foo fighters convert and our alternator broke. Had it towed here was in and out in 2 hours at a really good price . Would highly recommend to anyone who needs work on their car. Great people!

I bought a vehicle from Anthony, the owner of Master Auto, 3 years ago (Honda CRV 2003) in excellent condition & at a great price. When my car needed maintenance, it was overheating, shaking and un-drivable. I took it to other places before I brought it to Anthony. The quotes given to me before I had him repair it were outrageous . Anthony took a look and fixed the true problem with my car…NOT what every other mechanic was saying. All it needed was an alignment, balancing and some work on the tires and the oil/oil filter. He took care of it immediately and I was was very happy with it. Just this week I took it in to Anthony for a different issue. My air conditioning was not working. He identified the problem, quoted me with a great price and replaced all components of the air conditioner. My car now blows out ice, cold air, and I couldn’t be happier once again. Anthony is an extremely honest & reliable individual who cares deeply about customer service and repairing vehicles for his clients. I will never take my cars to anyone else. I would recommend anyone who Is in need of a mechanic to cal Master Auto.

I purchased my dream car from Master Auto in March and wanted to wait a few months before posting my review to give an honest opinon. There hasn't been one single issue with the car and it has put me at such ease! I have had the worst experience with purchasing cars in the past and this place has changed my mind completely! Anthony and Marie were awesome and made this whole process quick, easy and painless. I recommend all my family and friends to go there if interested in purchasing a reliable used vehicle. I am forever grateful to them!

I was next door to Master Auto picking up my generator when I noticed leaking underneath my truck. I quickly shuffled over there as it was the closest option. The mechanics quickly identified the leak as my exhaust fluid tank (my truck is an F550 diesel dump). I left the keys and left Marie a list of items that needed attention. It’s was Saturday before Memorial Day weekend so I left the truck there until the following Wednesday and paid what I felt was a fair price. They also put two badly needed front tires on for cost-which was a nice touch! I had been looking for a trustworthy mechanic after dealing with Meineke -they were all over the place with quotes and actual pricing. I spoke to both Marie and Anthony and had a nice conversation about my past mechanic and that I was looking for a new one. I trust them at their word, work, and actions. I found my new mechanic. I was there for a refill of my A/C. (My car is a honda civic 2017 )And the owner come up with this. * listen for your car the filling of the A/C is gonna cost you 340$ * I just ask kind of curious why and he said * I have to buy 10 litters of liquid and it cost me 600 dollars and I ask how much he will put in the car and he said 1 and a half litters which is around 80 dólares. I told me that last year cost 80 dollars somewhere else and he said that's because of labor. Then I look for other place close by and my A/c works perfectly for 80 DOLLARS PLUS 10$ TIP. NEVER NEVER GO THERE !!!

I have been here twice, once to get my sticker changed and another for a flat tire (got it swapped to a spare). Both times they accommodated me to the best of their abilities, busy or not. They are always kind and answer any questions you have. The ladies in the front are always working hard, and the team in the back are upfront with what they think is the best solution for your dollar. This is a great spot!
