At the end of our 10-day trip visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Boston, we stayed here because of the airport shuttle and an early morning flight. The hotel seems new, or newly renovated, and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were varying courteous and helpful, and understood the importance of the airport shuttle. We had reserved three spots on a 6:00 a.m. shuttle, and at 5:00 a.m. we got a phone call about traffic delays and problems with the shuttle. But, within minutes, the front desk had made other arrangements and we were able to get to the airport in plenty of time to check in for our flights. We were a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of our room when we found a pair of someone's old socks on the floor in the bathroom, and our bathroom had no hand soap or bar soap of any kind for the sink, and only two towels for the whole room. The breakfast offerings were fairly typical, and we were glad they began service promptly at 6:00 a.m. so we could grab a quick bite before our shuttle. The hot breakfast items included scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, etc., and there were several cereal options, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Our only caution with the hotel is how unreasonably high priced they are, simply because of their proximity to the airport and their shuttle. We paid approximately $350 for one night in a standard two-queen room.
Rooms: Standard 2-queen rooms without a ton of extra room. We did have a convenient mini-fridge and microwave.
Food & drinks: The breakfast was decent, promptly began at 6 a.m., and included several hot items.

It was a very pleasant stay, The hotel was really clean I really recommend it, and not far from Logan International Airport it also has a Target Store nearby.

Holiday inn Logan was an awesome affordable (in comparison to others in the area) spot for a quick stay before a flight. Rooms were clean and modern, check in was quick and breakfast was pretty alright. The complimentary shuttle was very convenient - saved a few dollars avoiding rideshare.

I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was updated with modern amenities and features, right down to the outlets and switches. I was extremely impressed by the presentation of this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Let me start by saying that I travel a lot for work, a lot.
The service is great, check-in was a breeze, the continental breakfast is basic. There are no oat or almond milk options for non-dairy folks.
The room is nice looking and comfortable, but it lacks closet space or a space large enough to hang a heavy winter coat and all of my work clothes for my visit.
The website states that there is a mini refrigerator and complimentary bottled water. I asked about water when I checked in and was told that I would have to pay for it. The mini refrigerator is not a refrigerator at all. It's more like a box with racks and a light. It did not get cool nor cold, at all. I inquired about it at the front desk and I was told that it's more like a chiller and if I wanted to keep something cold I could keep it in their refrigerator downstairs.
I don't want to eat out everyday so I purchase items that I can keep in the fridge to eat. I don't understand why this faux mini refrigerator is in the room.
I will not stay here again. When I travel I expect to have what is stated on the website.

Excellent service and rooms at this holiday inn express! Very close to the Beachmont station, making it very convenient to access by public transit. Rooms are renovated and have brand new bathrooms too. The staff here are really courteous. I had left my watch in my room and was able to retrieve it thanks to the great work of the hotel staff. Would love to stay here again

The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Clean, well appointed and a very nice complimentary continental breakfast. Disappointing part is the airport pick up. They clearly do not have enough people answering the telephone phones or enough drivers. To me it is unacceptable to need to wait almost an hour to get picked up after your flight has landed and you’ve retrieved your baggage.

Not a lot bad to say here. Room, shower and bathroom was clean, staff was helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good. Im looking for something negative to say but can't find immediately anything except they don't accept cash security deposit which complicated for me since my room was booked by a friend and i didn't have a card with me. But the staff was helpful and helped me solve the issue. An extra is they provide shuttle services to the airport.

Great experience at this hotel!• Close to public transit into the city (~5-7 min walk to the T - blue line)• sufficient breakfast options (hot/cold available)• clean rooms• friendly staff• good amenities (indoor pool, gym, laundry)• good shuttle service to airport (~10 mins, make sure you book in advance for early am flights // and same day booking for arrivals)Only recommendation: is to improve their coordination with the shuttle service, I noticed when I booked my services, they didn’t ask me enough questions (how many ppl / flight time / airline, etc) When we arrived we waiting over an hour for the shuttle, but to catch our flight we were good!Highly recommend and would stay here again
