The manager is rude . I asked for a temporary check, it was an emergency situation., She made such a huge deal over it. I had to sit and listen to her tell me this and that and why and when etc….. I just tuned her right out, I couldn’t believe that I had to be lectured and talked down to over asking for a temporary check. It gets better not only did I get lectured, she put a note on my account that I can never ever get a temporary check. Can you imagine that so what I wanna know is everyone who has asked for a temporary check at one time in their banking years do they too have a note attached to their account? I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau and the consumer financial protection bureau to make sure that everyone is being treated this way and it’s not just me..I love my branch in Saugus they treat me with respect and always go above and beyond to assist. There is never a reason for anybody to be treated unkindly at their bank. If this bank was my main branch I would of closed my accounts that same day. More important let’s make sure we are all being treated the same and I’m definitely gonna find out and have this looked into..: because it feels like retaliation spitefulness and just wanting to be superior and show authority. I will find out the policy exceptions etc….

I am wheelchair bound and each time I go to the EB branch on Squire Rd. I get greeted and helped from all the employees. I want to give a big shout out to Carol in Cust Service. She went above & beyond to help me. Great Customer Service.

Bad costumer service from the agent, I advise anyone don’t open an account with this bank (all East Boston saving Bank) Because of bad handling with costumer.

Just so frustrating that the drive-through ATM is at the end of the banking window lane! Defeats the purpose of a quick ATM transaction when in a time pinch - often there’s a line for the window blocking the ATM! Very poor design!
