Nancy was in the dressing room working and she helped carry a rug for me to customer service. I commend her. Also, Maria supervisor at the front desk was very helpful. She let me look at a rug and she carried the rug to the car for me. Two good employees. Thank You

I always shop here. Today was the first time I asked a question to the cashier. I found an item that had multiple pieces in the box. But the box was open. So I asked if maybe they could do something about the price, instead of paying full price. Cashier was polite and called a manager. Manager just came up to me an was looking at me like I said something bad to her, when I haven't even spoken to her. So I asked her what I had asked the cashier and she was like "there's no way I could do anything for the price. " Buy it and bring it back if something is missing." Her attitude and her way to approach me while I was with my family was not very nice at all and besides thing she was looking at me with almost like a disgust type of face. Made me feel different. Maybe because of my skin tone. She was Caucasian and I'm a colored person. Sad to see this. I didn't not like my experience. I've seen people ask the same questions as I do, and get treated way better than I did. At least she could of be nice. If she's really a manager I would expect a different reaction. Cashier was supper nice though. Thank you to her, she was very patient. I sorry I don't remember her name.
