Boston Harley is all around a great dealer! The service team is great, friendly, and get your bike done typically faster than you expect. Parts team is great, they are all knowledgeable and make sure they get you what you need the first time. Chris helped me put together a cam upgrade kit for my 08 StreetGlide and I am happy with all his recommendations. Sales team is also great. They listen to what you want, no pressure, no hidden costs. No matter who you speak to here you'll be greeted with a smile!

I Went in to look at a 2019 CVO.
And told them what I had for a trade
I was told to bring it by and they would look at And they would make me a reasonable Offer.
I told them right out. Please do not waste my time if you're not going to make me an offer. Tell me now
The salesman insisted that the new sales manager would be would be much better than the old one.
That was not the case since they refused to even make any kind of offer.
I've
Been back to look at the bike several times it's still sitting on the floor and not 1 person has approached me to ask me anything, not even my name.
And then someone from the office called and ask me what it would take to get me to buy that motorcycle.
I told them and no one has called me back.
I'm.
Old enough to remembera time when Harley. Davidson cared about their customers. But now every dealership is owned by some sort of motorcycle group and all they care about are numbers.

These guy's are great. All the staff are super nice, very helpfull and simply good people. I am a new owner of a 08' bike and don't have a lot of recent experience riding. However, the staff here answer any and all my questions with total hospitality. Bill at service, 100% good man, Chris, Devin, Emily, Kathy in parts are super nice and very helpful. Staff in merch dept. are also really nice. I like this dealership very much.
Thank you to the tech (s) for the work you did , was a huge help.

On vacation South LA to Canada running from bad weather stopped in at Boston Harley for check in while there they looked at a problem with my navigation system. Turns out my system had not been updated for past 5 yrs (will take up with my dealer) they pulled Nick from hid project and for over an hr he updated my bike and worked great got me back on road. That is love. Don’t see that everyday. Thanks to Bill and Nick now make the rain stop.

Friendly service. Very limited selection of womens clothing. The kids clothing section was well stocked. They have a lot of bikes to offer.

I was on a trip with some friends from out of state and my bike broke down with a pretty major issue. The service departmemt at Boston Harley Davidson took me right in, they had the parts in stock to get me back on the road the same day, and kept me in the loop about what was going on with my bike during the service. I would definelty do business here again!

Penny pinchers. Sold my bike for cheap there. They wouldn’t wave $300 service bill.

I recently completed a motorcycle training course, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The course was well-structured, informative, and highly engaging. Special thanks to coaches Liz and Kurt, who were incredibly professional throughout the entire training. Their expertise, patience, and clear instructions made the learning process enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to improve their motorcycle skills. Thank you, Liz and Kurt, for an outstanding experience! ❤️

Buyer beware do not buy a service plan when getting a new or pre-owned motorcycle. I recommend you don't even take one if they give it to you for free.
I'm on the second year with my Harley I bought from them and I took my bike in per their service plan. Two issues came up:
First when I was sold the bike their plan said they clean it as part of the service plan in fact I was told by the salesman it was a good idea because of my white wall tires. After I took it in I was told they don't detail the bike which left me grumpy, because here I am a better cleaner than the "experts". I walked away dissatisfied but figured maybe they were so busy and I didn't want to give them a hard time.
Secondly and much more important, I let them know my lights were dimming while driving and I wasn't sure why. It may be nothing but can it be checked. I was told they checked connections and could not find any issues. Well here I am 3 days later going 70 mph on the highway and I completely lost power. Thankfully nothing bad happened besides being stuck in the breakdown lane on the highway.
Come to find out if you Google or even talk to anyone that knows bikes about lights dimming issue. Turns out the problem is often with the voltage regulator. Furthermore there's a wonderful video that pops up that shows you how to diagnose if it is the voltage regulator. The video is ten minutes... If they just did this test I wouldn't have had lost power on the highway.
I paid for the service plan because I'm a new rider and needed support. I was left high and dry. My bike was just put on the conveyer belt and rushed out. I ordered the part I'm just going to do it myself. It looks easy to replace.
I'll be more self sufficient going forward. They got my money, $2500 for 3 years for the service plan don't let them take yours.
Just for kicks I put in the before and after pics of they cleaned vs how I cleaned the white wall tire.
TL:DR New Rider finds the hard way there's no value in service plans. Also cars go fast watching from the breakdown lane.

I have purchased 4 bike from this business including my new 2023 RG3 trike. I could not be happier with the business or the people working there, specifficlly the Manager Laura (I think), Joe in Service and Chris in parts.
I am basiclly the village idiot when it comes to motorcycles the above named have held my hand and guided me throuh the purchase, updateing and when needed service of my Harleys.
Chris assisted me in accessorizing my new trike ($6000 worth), he told me what would fit, and what was NOT reccomeded for me. Joe in service looked at adamaged tire and would not let me take the bike until the wheel was replaced. When I had a proble with getting work done on my reservation, the manager got personally involved, spoke with all involved and came to me with a legitimaet why the situation occured, and what she was going to do to see a happy resolution...and she Did as promised!
I reccomend Boston Harley to anyone who has an ear to listen with. They have stock, parts, accessorie and thaey care! Not to mention honest. Joe from service even came into the showroom with my wife and I to show us his reccomendation for the best bike in size and power for me. I purchased the bike and NEVER regreted that decision. The Manager is always asking if I am happy and is there anything she can do to help, and Chris works mericales and has the patience of a Saint to deal with me durring the accessory pahse of the purchase.
I will NEVER go elsewhwer nor will I let a friend who wants a great bike at a quality delership that stands by you and not way behind you. God bless Boston Harleydavidson!
