I am very disappointed with the service at Bj’s Tire Center. I went there at 4:45 pm when they were open until 7 pm, and the workshop was empty, with no customers waiting. However, they told me they couldn’t help with a flat tire and that they didn’t have time. This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve been a member of Bj’s for 5 years. Lately, I’ve been questioning why I pay for a membership if I can’t get help when I need it. I hope they improve their service in the future.”

I had an appointment at 9am to get my tires replaced. The employee didn’t show up until 9:20. They also didn’t have my tires but never notified me that they didn’t come in. My only options are now to buy other tires or wait an unknown amount of time until the tires come in because the employee can’t see order status. Buying other tires would require me to pay full price and also request a refund for my original purchase. This is not a well run business.

I placed an order on December 1 for a two hour delivery at the BJ's store in Revere, Mass. About four hours later, a store manager called me and told me they couldn't process the order and asked me if wanted it delivered or cancelled. I asked her to cancel and she reassured me that my credit card would not be charged. Well two days later my credit card was charged and the order is showing on my app as delivered. I called BJ's and Calisa, Manager told me that they had nothing to do with that and to contact Doordash. After telling her I placed the order thru the BJ's app and it was their responsibility she said she would call dooordash. Later on that night some guy from Doordash called me and said they needed to "investigate" where the order went before they could do anything. Seriously??? The charge is still on my credit card. I just called my credit card company and started a dispute. Wow!!! So far, I spoke to two managers at BJ's in Revere, one doordash guy who couldn't even speak English and my credit card company. I am extremely frustrated at this point. Trying to order from BJ's shouldn't be this hard!!!

Highly recommend going to them. I don’t live close to Revere and have other closer BJs Tires options to me but they have continuously come through and helped me out, gone the extra mile, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you.

Lazy and rude worker. Wouldn’t service my tire even though I had warranty on them that applies to all all BJs, sent me off to Medford while on spare since it would require “too much work and time”. All 4 tires were purchased 3/27/21. Warranty is within 36 months or a significant amount of miles.

Spent 30mins on line trying to see a picture of what tires bjs sell and the site keeps trying to send me to a location helloooooo I'm trying to see a pic first of what your advertising, but there's no advertisement so I'll just go to townfair tire since bjs don't want to sell tires,fix your, site or lose customers..You get minus all the stars in the Universe...... ?smh

Someone in BJ’s senior leadership needs to explain to me why our membership fees don’t cover the cost of fully staffing the Revere, MA location. The staff here are polite and professional; it’s an insult to their hard work that their numbers aren’t increased to meet the clear demands. Waiting thirty minutes to check out is utterly preposterous. Saving money by understaffing isn’t a business plan - it’s a go out of business plan.

I went there need to get service and the guy Edwin C refused to give me service and make appointment he tried to send me somewhere else or I have to wait 10 days TOTALLY ZERO RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE the guy there I have to talk to customer service I get same issue then went to talk to the Manger and oh wow I got appointment I don't know is that real !!!

Prices are great as in all Bjs, but the guy who works the shop is awesome. Super nice and seems to be very good at what he does. Ive been to other Bjs tires and they are terrible, this one is great.

Excellent service. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday March 18 2021 and was going to Bjs anyways to get gas on Tuesday and the I asked if he would have time abs he fit me in ahead of schedule and out in about a half hour. Kudos to the staff would highly recommend, great customer service
