Terrible service from BJS, I had an appointment for 9 am and it's 11, they haven't attended to me, one person for everything, incredible how they abuse people, BJS on tires is the worst, poor workshop worker

I called the provided number and was told that I could visit the tire service without an appointment. However, when I arrived, they asked for an appointment.

Highly recommend going to them. I don’t live close to Revere and have other closer BJs Tires options to me but they have continuously come through and helped me out, gone the extra mile, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you.
