I've been to this salon twice, once on a groupon and the other without. My first visit was with Aura whom cut, dyed, and styled my hair beautifully. I gave her a picture to follow and she did it exactly how I liked it, even making sure that it fit my face. The color I chose was a dramatic change from my original hair and she DID NOT give me a hard time about it like other salons do. And she didn't leave my hair as it was after she dyed it, she thought it didn't look right so without me asking she toned it. How nice! I hadn't received such good care from a salon like that in years! It's a mostly Spanish salon so I didn't necessarily fit in, but I don't care much for that. My second visit was without a groupon and I had a different lady this time. I went only for a cut and asked for choppy layers. The finished result looked good.... At first. But then I noticed I barely had any layers and all she did was cut some bangs in. I was disappointed and ended up cutting it myself and was much happier with the result. This is my go-to salon but I only recommend Aura (the owner) to do your hair. Thanks for listening I hope this helps!

Just left my 6pm appointment for a Brazilian wax and eye brow wax. First time coming here. No wait time, avaliable at exact time I wanted, lovely lady that waxed me. Brazilian wax was left with ALOT of hairs left, which I didn't see till I got home. Eye brows were my biggest complaint. Told her exactly what I wanted, leave the shape as it is, just a clean up underneath it. 1. she doesn't wax she tweezes only (didn't have a problem with this as long as the job got done). 2. She left the eyebrows completely uneven. my right one looked good, arch was left perfect and cleaned underneath. The left one she took away way too much on top and I was left with a straight across eyebrow, like a straight line. I told her my issue and she said she thought I wanted it like this (not sure who wants straight eye brows), plus even if I did, why are they 2 completely different looking eyebrows?! Not happy and face looking very stupid right now. Can't believe I actually paid for this...
