I live at the Beach House apartments so far three years. I am 54 this year and I realize that after I moved in this building life is really beautiful. I feel like living in Vacation spot like 12 months a year My neighbors very nice intelligent, elegant people.. intelligent workers @ management all incredibly good always helpful. I absolutely give five star for Beach House Revere❤️

I've lived at Beach House for 4 months now, and I couldn't be happier. The location and the scenery drew me to Revere Beach- it's a short ride on the T from my work downtown. Personally, I find the aesthetic and the finishings at Beach House much more appealing than the other buildings on the beach.
The pool and clubhouse are beautiful, but what really sets it apart for me is Mark Lane and the rest of the office staff. They made move-in a breeze and have been so helpful replacing a lost key, helping with large deliveries, and more. The concierge service is irreplaceable, and it is the perfect complement to the gorgeous surroundings.

I have had the pleasure of calling the Beach House my home for the last two years, and it's truly been a remarkable experience. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury that makes everyday feel like a vacation. What sets Beach House apart, however, is the incredible property staff. They are not just professional and efficient but also genuinely caring and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Their attention to detail and prompt response to any issues make living here worry-free. I couldn't recommend Beach House more highly for anyone looking for an exceptional living experience by the beach. Their amazing staff alone is worth five stars!
Edit: Mark (Assistant Property Manager) is the epitome of “hospitality”. Warm smile and wave every time you walk in the front door.

Honestly this is one of the nicest buildings on all of Revere Beach. On top of that I spoke with multiple residents who were extremely social that had lived there for multiple years and could not be happier. I was actually so surprised by the feedback from all the current residence about how great the building was. What I think separates this buildings from all the others is not only the quiet location but the amazing leasing staff. Amber helped me to find a unit perfect for my needs and answered all my questions in great detail. There is not a building on all of Revere Beach that had the level of service Beach House did. I would know because I applied at five different buildings because I could not make up my mind lol. I am a real estate broker and would not have wanted me as my client lol. The level of patience Amber displayed was impressive. Five stars for Beach House

We moved in about 6 months ago and it is by far the best place we ever lived in an apartment setting. The views are breathtaking, the staff is attentive and courteous, and the maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. The other residents are great and very friendly community. If you have a pet it is a very pet friendly community.We are looking forward to our first full summer here.

I love living here. When my husband and I moved here it was supposed to only be for a year, then we would house hunt, now we love our little home so much that we are strongly considering staying one more year. The staff are all super nice and helpful, the amenities are fantastic, and our view is everything. I am not nor have I ever been a “city girl” but if I have to live in the city it will be at Beach House.

Moved in a few months ago and this place is absolutely amazing. Not only is the building well maintained, the office team is super friendly and helpful! The neighbors are friendly and everybody helps one another. If you're looking for an actual community that cares about where they live, then this is the spot for you. Oh did I mention we're the only community that's actually located directly across the street from the beach? And the amenities are top notch!
