The room is very clean, comfortable and modern. Service is exceptional, friendly staff. Breakfast is good and many variety to choose. In addition there's a mini market even wine to purchase. Complementary shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. A very nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our one night stay here! It was very clean and quiet! And we liked that it had a free shuttle and breakfast but there weren’t good breakfast or coffee options.Rooms: Our room was very clean and had nice Dove products for the shower!

Free airport shuttle runs every half hour (or once per hour in the morning rush hours), breakfast go-bag available for early departures. Our room smelled of bleach when we arrived, which was quite unpleasant but we knew it was clean! Due to the location of the hotel, the road noise was a problem all night (even with earplugs) but I did feel surprisingly refreshed in the morning.Rooms: We had two queen beds, each with a choice of "soft" or "firm" pillows. There was a safe, iron / board and mini-fridge as well as the expected TV and air-conditioning unit. Hot drinks were available in the lobby. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries.

Clean, smart, modern and handy for the airport with a good shuttle service. Slightly on the pricey side at $200 per night especially considering the breakfast is mostly stuff that is wrapped in single use plastic, but that is the usual in US hotels these days it seems. Plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic even.

Staying here for a night after our cruise. Matthew at the front desk checked us in and was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us advise on how to get around the city and went over and beyond in helping us. Great first impression. The breakfast options were good too. They even have flavored syrups for your coffee.

I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. It’s so noisy with the traffic outside, and people stomping above your head. And people partying in the hallway or letting their child play in the hallway. So loud and rude. And the rooms aren’t very comforting. Seems like a futuristic dorm, with bright bright white lights. So you’re blinded and can’t see anything at night. Not really the best stay when you’re traveling and trying to get some rest before spending all day at the airport.

I was really impressed with the quality of the room as well as the cleanliness. There is no room service, but a decent snack/drinks bar is available round the clock. Although my stay was brief, I'd definitely choose #avidhotel again in the future!

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We left our car there, when we flew to Hawaii for 2 weeks. When we came back, after a 12 hour flight..all me and my family wanted to do was get our car and go home. Upon calling for a shuttle pick up, to bring us to the hotel and get our car back..I was told by Darren that it would be about an hour before the shuttle would pick us up. When I asked him why it would take so long, I was told rudely that's the way it was. After getting disconnected, I called back and again Darren picked up the phone...when I asked him if I can talk to the manager to see why me, my wife and 2 small kids have to wait for a shuttle for an hour, I was told by him that I would not be talking to a manager and he hung up on me. After numerous attempts at calling back, Darren kept on picking up the phone and hanging up. I swear this felt surreal, I never imagined that something like this was even possible...especially in this country. Finally my wife was able to get through, because Darren's shift ended and he left. Person that answered the phone, sent the shuttle out and gave us Darren's name. He also gave us the managers name, (Bernie Auch) who we tried calling numerous times as well to make a complaint...also left a message. Unfortunately the manager never responded back to us. It's been almost a week. To make matters worse, after we drove away, both of our front tires went flat...I honestly don't think that was a coincidence. Whatever you do, don't!!!! Ever book with this establishment. To answer to your response..I understand that you have a policy of sending shuttle once every hour, that is fine I don't have a problem with that. I do have a problem with your staff being rude, hanging up on me and my wife numerous times, and obviously lying to me, because the 2nd person that finally answered the phone told me that the previous guy's on shift name was Darren. And I did call and left a message...so I am not too sure about you always responding to missed calls, because you never returned my call. I am still wondering how I got 2 flat tires, right after I left your establishment...maybe you should check your cameras, because that's a pretty big deal, and whatever that guy's name is, he should not be working or interacting with any customers period.

My connecting flight was cancelled due to weather and the Avid had rooms available so I gave it a try for 1 night. The hotel was nice but the customer service was A++. Matthew checked me in and he was very pleasant, but when he found I that I had no overnight toiletries as I had to check all bags and no carry ons, he went above and beyond! I had asked if he could provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. Of course he could! He was gone a few minutes and I began wondering if he was distracted in the back but then he came back to the front desk and he had put together a nice little bag for me with a hairbrush, hairspray, toothpaste toothbrush, sleeping mask, candy and a few other goodies!! So kind and unexpected. He also handed me a bag of popcorn as I went up to my room. It is people like Mathew that bring people like me back. Also, free shuttle to the hotel and Logan airport. ?

Great price for decent location, clean rooms and hotel overall. Rooms all have Dove products from hand soap and lotion to body wash and shampoo/conditioner. While the beds are a bit too soft for my liking, still comfy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to hearing upstairs very loud and heavy foot steps late night and early morning hours. Breakfast was decent for quick go.Rooms: Clean linen, towels and products. Soft beds, no carpet which was great plus.Safety: Felt safe in the area. There's much lighting in parking lot and always staff at front desk.Noteworthy details: Quite pleased with all Dove products, better than some luxury hotels I've stayed at.

The rooms were fairly clean, one bed was awful while the other was fine. The A/C worked well but the walls must be super thin. We heard every little noise outside and in the hallways and the constant footsteps above us. We used a voucher on food and was told there would be a remaining balance for us to use but it ended up voiding it so we lost the leftover voucher money. Breakfast was decent and the airport shuttle was punctual.

Like my review! We had an overnight stay at "avid hotel Boston Logan Airport - Revere, an IHG Hotel" and it exceeded our expectations! All in all, we would stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to our friends and family. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to BOS (Boston Logan International Airport), high rated reviews, and an offering of an airport shuttle. One thing to note, we were thankful to have our rental car at 5AM for our early flight since we noticed the airport shuttle was used by several guests and nearly ran out of seats! Regardless, our stay was great from check in (thank you Matthew) to check out. When you arrive, you can definitely infer that it was a very modern hotel with the latest amenities. We loved the room with a sleek design (think of the Virgin branding) with an awesome shower, effective toilet, comfortable bed, clean room, and nice views. The elevators and hallways were very wide, easy to navigate, and clean. The lobby had a market to buy several items such as snacks, microwaveable foods, beer, or wine along with several areas to sit, charge your laptop, and mingle. Although we didn't get their free breakfast, our highlight was the automated machine for coffee and tea with several offerings of creamers, sugar, and syrup pumps. They also had a standard hotel sized gym but you have to have your hotel key activated to use it. All in all, lovely experience for an overnight stay!

Solid hotel for its type. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had a low small ledge that makes shaving legs easier. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, and big pillows. Temp control worked great in my room. The staff were all friendly in my stay. The 24 hr coffee bar also has plain or sparkling water and you can add flavor shots (lavender, cucumber, green apple, mango, pumpkin, caramel, etc.). JetBlue gave me a free stay when I volunteered to deplane from a flight that was over the weight limit (nine people had to get off the plane!). I waited four hours in the lobby until the shuttle to the airport. Good mix of seat styles and places to charge my tech. I would stay here again.

We came from the west coast and flew into Logan at 1220 am. We did not read the fine print that the airport shuttle quit running from 12 Am to 4 AM. We were tired, jet lagged and lost in the pouring rain. But that was on us for not reading when booking the hotel. We called the hotel to see what to do as we had never been without our car. They had no resolution. This was our first experience with flying so we learned a lot! We did take the shuttle back to the Airport the next afternoon to get our rental car. The driver was very sweet and took us to the rental car area. The hotel room was nice and clean. Not overly cramped or decorated. Plenty of plug in's and for USB. Nice big TV and a small desk for work space. There is no microwave so if you want pop corn you need to use the one in the lobby. There is a small fridge. Price was reasonable and we stayed 3 days. Great black out shades!!!!!! Bed was comfortable. I was not crazy about not having a place to hang my clothes or drawers. I did not like having them just folded on a bench. Just for a day it would be fine, but for multiple day stay it did not make me feel comfortable having my undies out . The shower was just open so the whole floor gets wet and its very slippery. The cleaning staff was so nice to bring us clean towels every day of our stay with out asking, which was appreciated since we needed them to clean up the floor after our showers. I did not feel that was safe! I think our room must have been for wheelchair assessable, with that said if so the pegs to hang your clothes on would be way to high for someone in a wheelchair to reach. Breakfast is grab and go sandwich's, egg bites and fruit. I like more creamer than coffee so it was not for me, but they did have syrups and regular creamer if you like that. My husband likes black coffee, however said he did not feel like the coffee had caffeine and went to the gas station. We stayed in multiple hotels while driving back home and found all the hotels coffee was not strong. So it could be him! It was a very fancy machine that makes freshly ground coffee beans and makes your coffee in front of you. They did have it clearly marked with decaf vs caffeine. They have a area stocked with pre made sandwiches and such, along with chips, cookies and store type items for purchase. The location was great! I would not say its a Airport hotel as depending on the time of day it is no less than 20 min one way. If you were just coming for the night and taking the shuttle to and from the airport it is a great hotel for that during the hours of 4 am and 12 am. But close to so much more. We stayed the 3 days because we wanted to see other places and it was central to us going to Salem, Vermont, Cape Cod, Fall River, Rhode Island and Portland. It is very close to the main road, but we did not notice traffic noise and we had a room facing the road on the 2nd floor. Parking is ample and they have charging parking for those types of cars. We did try to get into the gym but our key did not work so we took it as a hint to just go walk around. The 2 staff members we had interaction with were nice. The van driver was very sweet and he gave me his hand to help me out which shows he cares about his work. They have a area stocked with pre made sandwiches and such along with chips, cookies and store type items for purchase. I have seen other reviews who feel that the 5 star reviews are computer generated and let me say that is not true. Its a good hotel and would recommend.

The customer service at this location is by far the worst I have dealt with. My pregnant wife and I got caught up in the flight delays this weekend due to the severe storms, we ended up having to rebook the majority of our flights, auto and other services. All were understanding and offered some type of flexible option whether it be Company credit to be used next time or a full refund. The hotel knowing the situation offered no flexibility and told us there isn’t anything they can do. We were confused and blindsided as every other service was reasonable and flexible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and honestly hope they work on their customer service.Edit:Wanted to reply to the response as I find it easy to just refer to the terms and conditions. I booked my auto rental with the same third party partner with very similar terms. Long story short that rental company still found a way to help me throughout this time and offered a credit for a future reservation. Shout out to Hertz for their flexibility and understanding!
