Jack was fabulous and continuously said "we want you to be happy with what you purchase". Absolutely no sales pressure. Jack suggested I do more research and sleep on it. Removed my old washer and dryer and went above and beyond to accommodate me knowing the concerns I had with removal and delivery not being the same day. Jack was not only professional but very kind. Jim and Shaq (sp ?).........just WOW. Removing a washer and dryer from a second floor in a narrow space and then a narrow staircase that has a turn is no easy task. I saw first hand what it entailed and they did it with a smile and worked their magic. Delivery day couldn't have gone smoother. Jim continuously said "we want you to be happy with your purchase". Jim and Shaq treated me like family and not just a customer. Hands down this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing large appliances. Jim repeatedly said "any issues call us immediately". “This place has absolutely the best customer service around, had a small emergency and Bruce took care of the problem, My extractor vacuum stopped working in the middle of a large job, I brought it in and within 2 hours was fixed and back at it and was able to finish the job on time. Highly highly recommend if you have any kind of motor issue.”

“My mom has had her washer dryer for about 25 years and they have been serviced by Greg Roger's Co. for the entire time. The only mistake she's done was not purchasing them from Greg Rogers. Even though they were purchased elsewhere Greg Rogers treats them with kidd gloves. ALWAYS on time, ALWAY, knowledgeable with what needs to be done, and always with the tools/parts necessary to complete the job at hand. The cost of every job has been ridiculously low compared to other companies. The men are so friendly and kind that it restores my good feelings about servicemen. Courteous Kind Thrifty ...on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give them a 12. Fantastic business and I really wish that all business owners took lessons from this company. At that time, I met Kenny who worked in the Plumbing section; he went above and beyond with showing me what to buy, analyzing photos of my current setup on the spot, and instructing me on how to install. This past December 2023, I attempted to replace another bathroom vanity at my home and to much surprise and appreciation, I met Kenny once more at this Home Depot. Again, he provided the same level of excellent customer service. Kenny is truly a wonderful person and a great asset to the Home Depot of Saugus. I appreciate you a lot, Kenny! Thank you for helping me install my parents' bathroom vanities with your expert advice! :)”

The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and the installation was expertly done. “We just left Ferguson plumbing and couldn't be more satisfied. We went in for a part & the 2 men at the parts counter went out of their way to be accommodating. The part was for a faucet & although they were not familiar with the product they looked up the info and called. The manufacturer was in Canada however that didn't seem to bother them. They ordered the part for us (apparently it was under warranty because there was no charge). We were told it would be shipped to our home in 3-5 business days. This will be our place to shop for fixtures etc. We highly recommend and thank them.”

“Nice family owned business. I purchased a Friedrich air conditioner. It is beautiful and they installed it good. The only down faults is that it doesn’t come with a heating control. It would have been useful for me because I do keep in my window year round like my previous one. Too bad all the ac didn’t come with that new feature.”
