Bunch of scammers ; they mark the item a price and charge you a different price . When I try to return it , they blame it on me saying that I need to read ( the letters in the price tag are tiny ).

this 7-11 is terrible. I know convenience stores markup here × there- but $6 for 2 hot pockets × $1.50 for a single babybel piece of cheese??

Terrible experience! As I was walking on the beach I saw that a 7-11 was right around the corner. I bought a single lemonade for $3 and when I went to put some ice in my own cup, they charged me 75¢ extra... Ice is literally free. I am already paying a huge mark-up on the product. When I asked for the employee's name. He refused. And he told me "it's only 75¢. It's the company's policy." (I've literally never heard of this before, as the cost is essentially 0 for ice. The cup, straw and lid cost money, but not ice...) This employee proceeded to call over another employee who told me to get out of the store; even though I am a paying customer! He said, "We won't give you our names, the manager's name. No one. Get out." I told him that is not a way to treat a paying customer, and he said "I don't care. Get out."
Terrible for 7/11 brand.

What a SCAM! They mark an item at one price and charge you another! “Oh that’s the old price” They’ve done that to me several times! FYI it’s a family owned franchise. All the ppl in that store are family.

If the scanner price doesn’t match the advertised price or a food/grocery merchant doesn’t adjust the price in the event of a pricing error, report this to the Division of Standards.

So I've never made a bad review even when I thought they deserved one, but this time I can't let it go... 3 strikes and your out right? Strike 1, made a purchase on my mobile app, I was told it didn't work so then was ring up at the counter, wrong it did work and I was charged twice when I complained I was rudely told to leave after arguing I was refunded my purchase but not from register from employees pocket and this happened on other time resulting in the same, but lastnight I mobile loaded cash $60.00 on my cash app but to my surprise when I looked this morning at statement I only loaded $59.00 mind you I paid with a $100 . These employees are funneling money watch out...

the cashier up tries to up sell you as if they make commissions.Very odd for a 7/11. I was with my 6 year old daughter and they yell “TOYS TOYS YOUR MOM HAS MONEY.DENERO. WANT TOY”. Really rude and uncomfortable.

Thank you for hearing me out and understanding the mobile checkout paid for my items. I hope you get it connected and see it more clearly. I don't like carrying my wallet and phone together so mobile check out has been awesome especially when you guys get busy. I'd suggest putting the mobile checkout closer to the back or center instead of by the door so you don't get worried someone isn't paying. We scam the QR code on the phone and it sends a noise to tell the clerk everything's been paid for. Thank you for having hard boiled eggs and original flavor jacks links they get me through long Uber shifts

I've been going to this place for 3 years, but I usually don't when there's homeless people on their property, like i see them harrasing people for a dollar so i avoid them, their employees are lazy, one time there was one register open and the other one was closed because he was just on his phone their was 5 people in the line by the way, don't buy prepaid gift cards there because its takes a hour for it to fully activate, and when I waited the whole hour there was already charges on the card I didn't make, their big gulp section/ slushie is always a mess, theirs always this one cashier who always starts a argument with a customer, I'm pretty sure they talk in a other language to talk bad about a customer, there always short staffed because all the employees i've seen in the past 3 years quit or got fired so theres only about 3 i see everyday, also I have never seen them restock before, one cashier shamed a guy because he bought 4 cases of beer, so I don't recommend it, they also over price things i find at other stores that are less then what there selling.

For years I’ve gone to the store once or twice a day, and I’ve never had any real issues with the store or staff. Unfortunately, lately, I’ve had to avoid the place because there seems to always be homeless people hanging around the store, Drinking beer in public & harassing people for money and cigarettes. I would prefer to go to the 7-Eleven rather than the bodega down the block but I will, to not have to endure the harassment.

Person in charge is very rude! He has a problem with people who buy alcohol. This is unacceptable! If he has problem with alcohol he should work for another chain which don’t sell alcohol.

EDIT: Corporate responded within a few days asking me to reach out to them. I did on the link they provided. No answer. Nothing. Any response from corporate on this platform is just to make themselves look good when customers can review publicly. Not that I expected much but be careful when choosing products in this 7-11.Prices on price tag doesn’t match the prices on the POS. The Slurpees were supposed to be 1.79 but on the register it showed as 1.99. Woman behind the register didn’t really care. Also a few of their Slurpee flavors were not available. Store wasn’t the cleanest. Hope corporate is able to fix the problems soon.
