“My mom made the switch to Abbott with her 2 Springers and she is so glad that she did .. care, attention, and service has given her peace of mind and knows that her “children” are in the best care ❤️?”
“I like this office and have always brought my kitties there. They are helpful too. Not sure as opposed to other vets, but it is expensive!!!my cats have to get jobs.”
“I’ve been to a few vet clinics over the years. The staff and vet here are calm and welcoming. I didn’t feel anxious at all like I have in the past at other clinics. We were able to get in quickly and the appointment ran efficiently. They were gentle with my cat even with him having anxiety. I appreciate everyone for being kind.”
“The care my dog has received on numerous occasions from both Dr. Brault and Dr. Munson have exceeded my expectations. The staff here is consistently kind, accommodating and caring. My dog cries when we pull up in the parking lot, but he loves the people there which makes me feel better about his experience.”
“Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats. The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic). The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!”

581 Metacom Ave, Warren“Dr. Jody is wonderful. She is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She always takes the time to explain things to me so that I feel at ease. I can be an overly cautious dog mom but she always treats me with respect and is so accommodating when I have concerns for your pet. She also performs surgeries which makes me feel at ease knowing they are in her care at a critical time. She really cares about the well-being of your animal and I feel confident I can trust her with my furry loves. Dr. Mello and Dr. Crane are also great vets!”
“Pets in need it’s such a great vet for low income assistance, they are so kind , kris the receptionist was so friendly and helpful provided me with the soonest appointment available, Dr.Krane was the sweetest vet I ever met , treated my fur baby like if it was one of her own. Brought in my 12 year old Shitzu Sophie wasn’t feeling well for weeks, did couple of testings, prescribed her medicine gave her fluids , did get better for few days but she was weak struggling had no energy, we spoke about putting her down this week because of her age, nothing else could be done. She passed on Friday before taking her in yesterday , saddest day of my life. But my fur baby is no longer suffering.
Thank you Dr.Krane for such a nice experience and being the sweetest doctor to my fur baby ???? RIP 05-31-2024”

49 Cove Dr, Taunton“I am a guardian home for Cove Angels and got the one of the best additions to my family because of the program. Dukka is such a good dog and was already trained when I got him. Mike and Kerry have always been there for me with any questions I have and I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. He’s an angel and I’m so blessed to Cove Angels for trusting in me.”
“Riverside Animal Hosptal is absolutely top notch! I have never had the kind of almost family interaction from any vets I’ve used. They CARE. I highly recommend them
!”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”
“Wow that's all I got to say . Doctor here is smart and knows what your animals need.
Could be an animal whisperer !!!
Good prices ! And very respectful to your animals can trust .. just that one thing about this place is that Management - as many places when someone holds title they act they know it all that's all. It's just a ttitle relax and stopp being bossy and act nice to your employees.”
“Veterinarian was very helpful. He explains details, and listens well to my questions. He is kindhearted & gentle. It’s not a lot of extras, but simple and affordable. He is very knowledgeable about Cats/ kittens. Great for vaccinations.”
“My cat Joey wasn't eating his food so the vet here recommended he have his teeth cleaned...After two weeks, he's back to eating...I couldn't be happier with Somerset Animal Hospital !!!”
“Cannot recommend Spinnaker enough. The care they gave me and my Rudy during such a difficult time was all I could ask for. They also care for my friends pack. I have personally witnessed Dr. Fleming call well after hours to check on my friends dog who was having GI issues leading into a weekend. Tracy and the rest of the support staff are amazing. Incredibly thorough and calming in times of stress. Please, whatever you do, have your animals seen by this team! Spinnaker team, thank you, again ♥️”
“Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”

76 Baptist St, Swansea“Our sweet kitty Tofu has been to Bay State Vet ER twice due to complications with Feline Urinary Disease and we were very impressed with his care both times. Dr. Nelson, Dr. Klocke and all of the staff treated him with a high degree of respect and professionalism. They kept us updated on his care even when they were very busy with urgent cases. I also felt the price was quite reasonable for the level of care provided compared to what we have been charged elsewhere.”
“I can't recommend this veterinary clinic enough! They are always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns, which is so reassuring as a pet owner. They take amazing care of my chiweenie and truly treat him like one of their own. Every visit feels personal, and I know my dog is in good hands. Whether it's a routine check-up or something more urgent, I always leave feeling confident that my pet is receiving the best care possible. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism!”
“Dr Truesdale did an amazing job on my dogs ears cropping them. He’s very skilled and we had no options to find a good vet locally. It’s a shame because not many vets do it. I’ve owned American bullies for along time and it’s part of their look he’s so sweet and kind.”

375 E Washington St, North Attleborough“I’ve never had as good of customer service and hospitality as I had here. The lady that assisted me, was professional and the sweetest to my cat and very very understanding. I don’t even get this level of care when I goto my regular doctor. Truly the best”
“They squeezed me in to their already crazy schedule. The entire team are very caring and thorough. We are greatful and appreciative of the wonderful care my pets are receiving.”
“The staff and Dr. Bruzzi were so kind and considerate. They helped make a difficult decision bearable. I was treated with compassion and kindness. Thank you so much!”

2424 Winthrop St, North Dighton“Went in on July 13th for routine checkup. Our girl Cora needless to say does not particularly care for the Vet. She is the sweetest cat in the world, but anytime we have ever had to bring her for a checkup, she turns into a Cat monster. Hissing, spitting, and just ferocious so the team @ DR Animal Hospital recommended that she be put under a light anesthesia for her visit to make it more comfortable for everyone.I think its fair to say that any good pet owner gets worried whenever their animal is unhappy, distressed and would do anything to make their animal not feel that. The team did everything by the books. I've been to other animal hospitals that do a terrible job with the whole empathy thing. When we dropped her off, we left knowing that she is in great hands! The best part is how they handled our visit when time to settle up. We were having an issue with our CareCredit card as we have not used it in a long time and had a new card that we never did activate. After calling Care Credit, they informed us that DR AH could look up our account. With a little hard work from Mackenzie and the rest of the team, we were able to get the problem resolved and use our CareCredit card with 6 months of no interest! I wish I knew any of the other Vet's names, but there were good vibes on every single part of the Visit! Highly recommend and our other buddy Dawson will be by in a few days for his checkup as well!!!Customer for life!! Thanks to DR Animal Hospital and their staff”
“Great clinic. Friendly and caring staff. They make you aware of all prices and fees ahead of your services being received. All staff was overall courteous and patient with my pet. Great experience.”
“Yesterday I made an emergency apt for my dog. They accommodated me and took him almost immediately. I received really bad news and had to make the decision to let him take his forever sleep. This morning I took him in to the Vet. I cannot even begin to say what an amazing place this is. From start to finish, everyone was kind, sensitive and compassionate. The Vets, the Vet techs.. just amazing.”
“We've taken 3 cats and a puppy here over the past 3 years and we love Dr Saxon and her staff. They were pleasant to us and kind to our babies. I'm sorry to read about the negative experiences. Not offering any excuses, but all the veterinarians offices we've encountered in the past have always operated under a high level of stress. Maybe that's why they have limited hours now.”

179 N Main St, Attleboro“We recently had to euthanize our much loved dog, Dakota, due to unfortunate circumstances. It was the most heart wrenching decision our family has had to make and to just say that Dr. Snyder and her team supported us and were sympatric would be an understatement. They helped us immensely through this trying time and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets as much as we do.”
“Every staff member is so caring. My little Winston has been ill for 3 weeks. They are so patient with him and my family. Kim is wonderful. The doctor explained everything they were doing.”
“Dr. Becky Ruemmler responded to an emergency I had called in. She was empathetic, calm, professional and reacted promptly. Her skills were impressive - working in a pasture in the dark of night on a horse in pain and unsteady on his hooves. It seemed as if nothing deterred her confidence in being able to help. Horses in her care should be considered very fortunate.”
