“In June of 2023, I was up from New York vacationing on Cape Cod. I drove my 1992 BMW 535i, which to this point had always been a reliable daily driver. Unfortunately, while on this trip my transmission finally gave at 150k miles. Nobody in the area would work on this car until I contacted Quality. Not only were they willing to work on the car, they had it fixed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Nearly a year later, I had some minor follow up issues with the transmission. Quality stood behind their work and fixed the new issues at no cost. It was worth having the car trucked nearly 200 miles up from New York. These are people that stand by their work and treat their customers with respect. I feel very fortunate that I came across them.”

“Joe is amazing. My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.”

“Brought my wifes' Nissan Rouge in to J&M 2 weeks ago when the engine light came on ,our regular mechanic said everything was pointing to a transmission and they don't do transmission work and recommended J&M .We brought it and he was busy but said leave it for a couple of days and he would look at it. I went by his shop a couple of days later and was told it was a glitch in the software and nothing more he cancelled the code,and said bring it back if the code comes back , but he said nothing was wrong with the tranny, wouldn't t let me give him any money! Great customer service ,IMO I would bet that had I gone to a car dealer they would have sold me a,transmission job. It's nice that there is a mechanic out there that is,honest, thanks again.!”

“I have an older car which I was experiencing a substantial oil leak as well as I needed to replace a rear suspension crossmember/cradle. I contacted Division Brakes. Cesar and Alfredo were quite helpful honest and sincere. The repairs took approximately a week to complete and they allowed me to purchase the parts I needed for the completion, although the labor was a bit expensive. Cesar called me a few times to tell me the status of my ongoing repairs.I would take my car their again for future services and would recommend others to take their car to Division Brakes as well.Services: Wheel alignment”
