“i brought my 5 month old puppy here after a horrible experience with grooming at pet smart and will never go anywhere else now! not only are the grooming services amazing, every single staff member is beyond kind. the stock of all different products they sell and self wash station is also a huge plus!”

“Best place around, been going here for years and they always seem to make my pets visits as comfortable as can be. They truly have a wonderful, caring, loving & kind staff. I brought my dog in yesterday and I was so worried as a pet owner of any bad news with what was going on with him only to be checked by Dr Ilse Bickford and her tech and my baby had a clean bill of health and absolutely nothing to worry about, she truly is an amazing, loving, kind person and I'm forever grateful for people/doctors like her to ease any concern I had and answered all the questions I had. Thank You Again Warren Animal Hospital and Staff!!!”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

“From all the reviews I’ve seen that’s so good about this place I need to visit it out. My male cat just died this year recently and it’s been breaking me down without him by myself since I was 1 years old. I don’t have money to adopt a cat or kitten but I would love to play with them to at least have a connection with cats again if that’s allowed”
“I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.”

I've dealt with 3 sick cats over the past 2 years and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall kind, caring and willing to go above and beyond without question. “Can not believe the amazing service provided to us at this location by both employees working this morning. I have a reactive dog but very much wanted to use the self washing stations. They made this experience so easy and so amazing for both me and my dogs. Honestly anytime I’ve ever been here they have been so good but today blew me away. I’m so grateful for people like them. All the while they had an adoption event going on. I can not say thank you enough! Best pet supplies store ever!”

“I have been buying collars and harnesses from Up Country since my pup, Pippa, came home with me seven years ago from the Springfield Humane Society. They are high quality, fun, and reflect her personality. Yesterday her cherry blossom and Halloween sets arrived and she almost has one for every month of the year!”

“I come here often and this time I stopped in for some supplies and work clothes, I got both for a reasonable price. The place was well lit, clean and stocked decently well. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They're also promoting local AG events and fundraisers which I'd love to see more of!
My only negative was that boot sizes and clothing sizes for larger sizes were limited. (Boots over size 12, pants over 38 and shirts over XL)”
“James the groomer went absolutely above in beyond to meet mine and my puppies needs. He totally exceeded my expectations! When I dropped her off he made me and my dog feel super comfortable, and I know he was awesome with her because when he walked her out, her tail was wagging. She looks and smells great. Very happy customer and most importantly, a happy dog! If you’re hesitant to bring your fur baby here, request James. You will not be disappointed! ❤️”

“I've had dogs my whole life, after the last passed, and with my schedule, I decided to adopt a cat. I went into to petco to just look around and pick up a few things. I did not expect the great conversation and all of the wonderful advice and tips I got from Danielle. She answered all my (stupid) questions and even during a pretty busy time when she had to step away she made sure to come back over and check on me often. Awesome customer service, will be returning.”
“We’ve had five pets treated here over the past 15 years and I’ve always been very happy with the care that they received. Most of the time you can get an appointment within a couple hours. The entire staff has always been kind and excellent to deal with. ER care is never cheap, but their prices are fair compared to many other clinics we’ve visited while away from the area.”
