“I have used Mansfield, Norton and North Attleboro branches of the present bank and its partner-predecessor, Mansfield Coop Bank, since 1978! That alone should tell you how satisfied I am with the bank. Have had a mortgage in the past and ongoing checking and savings accounts. I have had nothing but efficient, courteous and pleasant experiences with the staff in all three branches. All are close to my home in Attleboro. And the online experience has been equally smooth. If I post a query, they answer it fast.The inside decor of each branch is also very tastefully done and projects a welcoming atmosphere.Interest rates at brick-and-mortar banks are , of course, low across the board. A bit of improvement on that score will make things perfect at this bank.Regardless, my wife and I recommend the bank withmuch enthusiasm.”

“Best bank. No fees, no problems. Always amazing customer service. I've had an over draft fee here and there due to my own error and they always reverse it and refund the fee back when I call and apologize. I think they allow forgiveness of those a couple times which is so nice. I've been to bank five and citizens and they never give forgiveness for those fees even when one time it was bank 5s error. So I really appreciate and love this bank. I'll never go elsewhere. I recommend them to everyone.”

“Best bank around. No fees for accounts, they have overdraft forgiveness if you call and explain. Or if I do overdraft and put it right back in I won't get hit with fee. But I've never paid an overdraft fee cause of that. I also love how I have filed disputes after being scammed or money taken and with no issues I get my money back. I've had bank 5, Webster, bank of America and citizens bank and left due too poor service... but rockland trust definitely is the best to deal with.”

“I just came in to get a bank check and I was seriously so touched by the amazing women working the bank today . Not only did I get all the help I needed they were all so kind and helpful I’m truly grateful bc it’s not every day where you’re treated and greeted like you’re a friend or a loved one especially by strangers so for that im very grateful . I had the worst day today and after being helped by these amazing women im walking out of the bank smiling and that means the world to me . They set me up with accounts to help me save and build for my future which I wasn’t expecting to do when I walked in but im so grateful they suggested it bc I didn’t even know there were options like that .It’s 1/10/23 around 1pm , If the bank manger sees this please give those amazing women who helped me a raise or something bc im truly so grateful for my time at the bank today and that’s not normally something you hear every day . I'm writing this while making a deposit at the drive-through and specifically because last week I had to go to another bank that is a major chain bank in this area and really did not want to have to physically go in the bank, but I needed more than ATM services....drove to 2 different locations, both drive-throughs closed during the middle of the busy day. Harbor One has always had their drive-through window open during the hours that they state that they do. I think a drive-through being open at a branch is a major reason to even have a branch, so I really appreciate that Harbor One in EP always keeps their drive-through windows open when they say they do. And then, to top, they have excellent and friendly customer service every time:)”

“I'm giving five stars on this one. I read the previous reviews and I don't understand I've been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. There's two things in my life that I can't stand, one is going to the pharmacy, two is going to the bank. I had some Fraud that I found on my account, and I walked into the Pleasant Street in Attleboro mass location without an appointment. I saw a wonderful lady named "Ritty" she was extremely pleasant and helpful and took an instant interest in my problem. She took me aside to a private desk immediately and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door with all of my problems resolved! A few days later I had a problem with my new ATM card. I walked into the branch once again to speak with Ritty, but she was not there, so I was able to speak with the manager of the bank directly. He took me into his office and sat me down immediately, and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He was extremely knowledgeable with the way that their system worked, and he had me straightened out inside of five minutes and once again, I was walking out the door with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else, but Bank of America, and I will never go to any other branch, other than the Attleboro mass branch on Pleasant St.,, even if I have to drive two hours.”
