On July 29 Tom came to our home and measured for shower doors. He asked us to come to his shop to look at options, which we did on July 31. He told us he would contact us the next day with a price and availability. We never received a call, nor did we ever receive an estimate. On August 28 we received a call from Matt, the installer for Anawan Glass stating the doors were in, and he would like to come out tomorrow to install them. We never received a phone call or an estimate from Tom letting us know the cost or that he was ordering the doors. We have contracted with another installer to have doors installed since we never heard from him until Matt called on Aug 28 that the shower doors were in . We DO NOT recommend this installer.

Would recommend them 100x’s!! Tom was super nice and prompt with service-called me right away to help with the issue we had-he answered any questions regarding our home window repair. Knew exactly what we needed and expedited the job with ease! Professional! Thanks again-I will utilize Anawan Glass again if needed!! :)

I don't like writing negative reviews, but this is the experience I had at Anawan Glass. I needed to get my windshield replaced and had a concern about how the glass was seated on my car after the work was done. I was told to return and was immediately berated by the owner who told me there was nothing wrong with it. He made a point to willfully ignore the spots where I had issues, instead pointing to places on the car that weren't even the windshield. He was very confrontational and made one of his employees carry a windshield out to show me "that's how they come." He also yelled that he'd "get the hose and give me $1000 if any water got in," while showing me his wallet. Basically, if you have other options, don't give this place your business. I wasted my time getting yelled at by some guy who thinks my concerns are invalid because he's "been doing this for 30 years." After 30 years of replacing windshields, you'd think the work would be pristine or there'd be some pride here from the owner. Don't waste your time here. I had to get the windshield replaced again by another company and they were surprised at how poorly the windshield had been installed on my car by Anawan Glass. They said it was overhanging at the bottom because they seated it far too low at the top. Now my windshield wipers work perfectly and there is much less wind noise on the highway. Call up Safelite in Raynham. They'll just come to your house and get it done correctly

These guys were the best. In January I had to replace a car passenger window. I made my appointment and got in and out in 90 minutes on the 2nd request day. If I had called 5 minutes earlier on the first day, I would have had the repair done in under 18 hours. Driving around with an open window would make you appreciate that. Other places had long waiting times that would have taken days to find an appointment. Anawan did this with one phone call and a shortened staff due to Covid. Don't go to the corporate shops, go to Anawan Glass in Rehoboth.

Highly not recommended as their communication in all ends lacks immensely!! Glass had to be ordered, ok make an appointment for a Saturday to have it replaced....... I called to confirm the appointment on the Friday before at 3pm - to be out on hold for 10 minutes to be told the glass was broken during delivery.... Good thing I called to confirm.... Has to reorder glass..... states will have glass Monday Dec 20, make an appointment for Dec 22, called to confirm appointment again Drops car off 830am Dec 22...... is told will be called when done... called to check at noon because some things have come up during the day that I need to figure out a time to pick up, told not done couldn't even give an estimate..... call back at 330 states "oh I think it's already done one moment"... put on hold for 15 minutes hung up to call back to be told be there for 5 it'll be done..... show up 450 to be told it hasn't even been started and that they took on a big project and a boat load of other excuses (different excuses from different people) Yo be told to come back.... Took the day off from work to be able to arrange this to be told to come back.... Nope Fing way. Worst communication from a company ever. I get you may be busy and "trying to fit everyone in before Xmas" but if I've had an appointment for over two weeks.... Fulfill that stop taking on more than you can handle. You are going to drown yourself..... even the poor guy who had an issue with his windshield yesterday had to pick up today..... Poor poor port communication for a business, lack there of, if any at all. I do not recommend at all if you ever want it to be finished it seems that insurance claims are the least of their care.
