Never thought I would make a review for a dry cleaners but after the exceptional service I received over the course of the past 8 months I had to! First off the staff here is impeccable. Always greets you with a smile as you walk through the door. Molly the manager there is another reason for my returning buisness. She always remembers my name as I walk through that door and even remembers my go to time to make it as speedy as possible. The prices are very competitive to places I've been around the area but there is no other place I'd trust my suits and clothes to go. Not to mention the convenient location right off 44 and next to my favorite Dunkins. Keep up the great work! And strongly recommend you give them your business!

I used this dry cleaner for the first time recently. We were told a shirt dropped off Friday afternoon would be available Monday without issue, and received an invoice for $2.75. On Saturday, we received a call saying that it would not be ready until Tuesday because the shirt apparently missed the Saturday truck. We said that was fine and planned to pick up on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I received the shirt (1 day after expected) and was surprised to find I was charged $5.00 for the one shirt because it was "expedited." I called back the next day to inquire and was told that it would have been virtually impossible to turn a shirt around by Monday if it was dropped off on Friday (this doesn't make a ton of sense unto itself but anyways) and was promised a call from the manager when she was in the next morning. The morning and day came and went and no call. I called again to follow up the next day and was met with a rude, immature "manager" that had "already explained the situation to me several times and was very busy with work, had things to do, didn't have time for me, and had been running the business for the past 4 years." I am not sure what that has do with the reason for my call, but, in any event, this is no way to operate a business or speak with your customer base. I feel bad because this dry cleaner was in a great spot for me and my family to begin using on a weekly basis but this sort of treatment isn't something we are going to support going forward. Maybe we caught this "manager" on a bad day, and hope that other folks have better luck with the service and the counter help. We unfortunately cannot say we recommend this dry cleaner given our experience :(.

Amazing service! Needed two pairs of pants hemmed and three shirts washed. Never seen them that clean since I bought them. 100% would recommend! Great jobs!

To Jeffrey Dary the rude ignorant customer. I believe the immature manager, offered you a full refund , you did not state that. So take your cruel slashing elsewhere.This is a great business with great customer service. The end.

The business hours are stated as 9-4 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9-2 pm on the storefront window. I have come twice in the past two weeks on my way home from work at 3:45 pm and they have been closed...very frustrating!

Quick drop off in convenient location. Clothes come out clean and pressed. Never once had an issue.
